They hit a gas line in our house, we have photos of their roofing nail in the line, that was leaking for 3 months. Because of that, we had to have our gas shutoff for a week while our plumber fixed the line. Because of that, we found out they did not even get a permit for our project, so when an inspector came by to clear us to have our gas turned back on, he noticed they also did not re-connect our B-vent in the attic, meaning in a few weeks when our heater kicked on, my entire family and our pets would have been dead from CO2 poisoning. Now it's been 15 months after their install and we have a roof leak due to poor quality roof removal and poor install. We have pictures where one of the bracket hooks is poking out of a shingle, right about our damaged ceiling. A problem they are also being horrible about fixing. In one part of the email where they told me they will not help us fix it. They mentioned that because of "severe weather" their warranty is voided. We had heavy rains, not severe thunderstorms, not hail, not heavy winds, just a lot of rain. This company's roof cannot even withstand RAIN 15 months down the line. Approximately six months after my roof replacement and solar panel reinstallation by Best Roofer Solar, a friend noticed a black stain on my living room ceiling. I initially dismissed it, assuming it might have been caused by the cleaning crew. However, the stain gradually enlarged after each rainfall, and eventually water began dripping from the ceiling during storms. I contacted Best Roofer Solar for assistance, but because the issue arose after their one-year warranty period, I was required to pay $350 for an inspection. The technician could not identify the source of the leak, and the project manager suggested it might be a plumbing issue--despite the fact that the leakage occurred exclusively during rainfall. Even after I provided clear photos and videos documenting water intrusion only during rain events, the project manager dismissed my concerns and accused me of fabricating the problem. I ultimately hired a different company, which promptly located the leak and performed the necessary repairs. The root cause was a failed rubber seal beneath one of the solar panels; the original seal had not been replaced during the panel reinstallation following the roof work. This has been one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I have encountered. The sales team was exceptionally professional and persuasive, which led me to choose the company for the roof replacement. However, once the project was complete, any post-installation issues appeared to receive little support. Customers who report legitimate problems--even when supported by photographic and video evidence--risk being dismissed or accused of dishonesty.

Since buying my house last fall I occasionally was having problems with the front landscape lighting (specifically when it rained hard). After chatting on the phone for awhile he came out the following day to give me an idea of what we were looking at. After talking for a few minutes he gave me a couple of solutions, one of which was going to be fairly costly (dig up and replace) or two, replace my expensive/energy consuming system with an LED setup from HD. With a baby on the way, we choose option two and the very next day TJ was there with some help and we removed the old and in with the new together. There isn't a person I know who just likes spending money on repairs, but at least TJ made this seem a little less painful.
