I contacted Cesar from Top Notch Gutters to give me an estimate to solve my problem. I had every expectation that I would be paying for all new gutters. Well, I was wrong. Cesar climbed 30 feet up his ladder, was able to clean some debris out of the gutters, and adjusted them so that water flowed toward the downspout rather than toward the house. He clearly has a high understanding of how to work with guttering. He easily saved me several thousand dollars. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with his work.

Gary was going to send me the invoice to my e mail and he said he might have some other discounts he could use. He sent the invoice and said he was still was working on the other discounts. He said he would get back to me. That was 3 weeks ago. I have called both phone numbers listed and I get voice mail. I also have sent e mails. I can't give anyone a check if they won't talk to me. They seem to be very nice people at Childres, I don't understand the communication problem. I have since, used another company.

I found Lorenzo to be very efficient and effective at doing my windows. The quality/price ratio is very high, so I'm a big fan. The only nit I had that stopped me from giving the 5 star rating was that some of the furniture that was moved to get to my windows was not put back in place.
