I have been shooting for over twenty years and he was able to correct some of my bad habits and teach us new safety techniques. All the course work is taught in a very professional yet accessible manner. Chris was very respectful regarding various levels of familiarity with firearms and shared his informed opinion with us in bite size pieces of information. I was impressed at how quickly he could spot deficiencies in technique and the ease with which he was able to correct them on the spot. The theoretical part of the course was less exciting, but Chris made it very clear how it relates to every day use and gave several examples each time a clarifying question was asked. This was by far the best experience I have had with a firearms instructor and I have sent my friends to the course who all had the identical perfect experience.

I wld like to share my update. First ill like to apologize to the owner Julio. My ignorance made me write the review what i didnt knw that i knw now is that Illinois has been over loaded with new applications and that for that reason its been a delay on reviewing applications. Not only is it time consuming but Illinois just don't have the man power to keep up with all the new applications. So the process can take a long time! Also with my application i switched addresses. When filling your conceal everything must match if not it will be rejected and sent back . Julio immediately reached out to me and he he took ownership and made my application a main priority. When new information came about he wld inform me and he wld reach out. I will not say the process was short . It was extremely long and u are kept in limbo with the state.. But i have my conceal to carry To present day!! Julio worked to find HARD to find my processing error the state never told me why my application was rejected... It was Julio that found the error and made the necessary corrections.. After i got my License Julio assisted me to apply for the remaining states ... I feel bad that i went to social media and slander this buissnes on my ignorance. I just hope as others seek this place and review my commentary that people will see its not about what happen but what was done in the service recovery that makes the real difference!.
