We are so incredibly pleased with the work that Rob and Fernando, and their team did with our home! We recently purchased a home that was quite outdated. 1) They removed all of the popcorn ceiling throughout the house - they use a particular tool that allows them to do this so with almost no dust whatsoever! 2) They painted the entire interior of the home using various colors chosen by us. Some of the rooms have unique angles, and their work was meticulous and extremely clean. Furthermore, after they began the project, we decided to renovate the kitchen. As soon as the kitchen was complete, they immediately returned to finish painting the areas that had been held off on due to the renovations. Again - incredibly clean and precise. 3) They pressure washed and painted the concrete lanai outside. They also pressure washed the metal bars of the screen enclosure. They actually managed to get rid of stains that clearly had been on there for years! Cyan Painting did a wonderful job painting and pressure washing, and we will definitely use them again when we are ready to paint the exterior of our home and other painting jobs that may arise. We moved from New York to South Florida because taxes and politics are horrible there. The house we bought was nice but it definitely needed some work. We used another website that specializes in home improvements. We had a few painting companies come over to give us an estimate. All of them were good but, we went with the cheapest company. Boy was that a horrible mistake! I'm not going to go into detail but I will just tell you this, they must have started to run out of paint at some point. Instead of getting more, it looks like they added water and finished the job. So, I called Cyan to come and fix the mess. I used this company to repair water-damaged drywall and replace most of the drywall in my laundry room. They were professional and on time. I thought I would need to move out of my house for a couple days due of the dusty mess would be inevitable, as an allergic person my concern was inhaling any drywall dust in the air but instead, Rob and his team used a vacuum dust extraction system.
