We were fortunate in that they found a commercial team who were in between jobs (they normally just do business facilities) to do the work. The team worked quickly and efficiently and were done within two days. Where we had issues, they were responsive and came back and finished everything off properly. Joe Dismuke was on premises to supervise the work. We were highly satisfied with the quality of the work--very clean and smooth surfaces coving all the cracks that had developed between the cement blocks over the decades. Also the cleanup was good, which you don't normally get with South Florida contractors. Then the painting team came in and painted the entire exterior. They did a good job. We would have preferred a little more taping of the open electrical connections and more use of tarps around the pool pump/heater, air conditioner and shrubbery around the house. (Lesson learned, micro manage them a bit more.) But Joe gave direction to them about the shrubbery in advance and they took reasonable care and not too bad on the cleanup. The team had an English speaking foreman but the crew only spoke Spanish. Again, Joe was on premises checking in from time to time to make sure everything was going well. We weren't happy with a color they chose for a cement patio, and they came back and repainted. There were a few other touch up items and they came back and fixed every issue. The exterior paint was a high quality Sherwin Williams latex, which they sprayed on. Regarding cost, we felt the job was competitively priced compared to other quotes and had good oversight for quality control. This is really hard to find in South Florida. Of course you can always find something cheaper but you get what you pay for. With this company it's a fair price for a job well done. Bottom line, we will absolutely use them again.

They then painted over the holes where the screws to a hurricane shutters go. Next they painted the ceiling of our patio green instead of white and got paint on the pool patio screens. This company promised to paint our driveway and garage floor, even after being asked about proper preparation, they assured us they knew what they were doing and we now cannot use our driveway or a garage floor without pulling the paint up with our tires. I do not recommend them!

Had Value come in to give us a quote for painting once we completed our remodel as well as an additional piece of work - removing mirror off of a wall in the living room. We were given a quote of $800 which seemed high but were told it could take up to 2 days to complete the job. Since we knew they would have to bring in equipment to complete the job safely and not knowing what the removal would entail, we accepted the quote. This morning 2 workers arrived with a single ladder and completed the work in just over 3 hours, however, since they had to dispose of the glass we'll add an additional hour for taking it to wherever they take their debris. We called Value to discuss some sort of reduction on the quote and were met with a zillion reasons why they should get $800 dollars for 4 hours for two men and a ladder. They were not concerned at all with the fact that we were very upset knowing we had been extremely overcharged for the job. One could understand that the estimator thought that it would take longer so when presented with the fact that it was much easier than expected they would immediately adjust the bill accordingly--but no. This review is strictly against the Management/Customer Service of the company. The workers that came today were polite, friendly and worked cleanly, however, we could never recommend or engage a company that thinks so little of its customers.

They built a wall with insulation to help protect my clients' privacy, patient privacy and installed a window so I can still feel united with my team even when on conference calls. He was able to match the color of the rest of the office despite the fact that I had no idea the original brand or name that existed. The paint looks fresh and smooth, and he touched up other places in our space as a courtesy. The job was estimated to take up to 5 business days but Adam and Justin quickly and efficiently completed the tasks in 3 1/2 days. They left the place clean and sanitized everything for us which was pretty great as my team returned. Adam volunteered to help build the new desks/chairs so our staff could come into their brand new space Monday morning and get right to work! I had a great experience with this company and I would recommend hiring them for your project, too.

They charged this fee even when the extra charge fee showed a second coat for going from trim and door color of white to the exact same color of white. And for the house body color, many of us intentionally stayed with a similar a color to what we had. This was clearly a scam and their bid price was never intended to be an actual price. They went in knowing they'd increase their profits after the community paint jobs were done by charging nearly all of us an extra fee.
