After they realized it was an iPhone, the package mysteriously disappeared and was never returned, according to the tracking number. I later read other reviews with similar complaints, especially about valuable shipments going missing. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs. These people are crooks, and you risk losing your package entirely. They also charge 5$ to print out a shipping label, which is just one sheet of regular copy paper.

However, the store employee insisted that I had to use the original packaging, and told me that if I needed an additional box, I would have to pay separately for the box. I understand that UPS may charge for packing services, but the problem is that the employee presented the original packaging as a requirement when Amazon's return instructions did not say that. Customers should not be pressured into paying extra for packaging based on requirements that are not actually stated in the return instructions. I would not recommend this location for Amazon returns.

With a looming deadline for my U.S. passport renewal, my family member and I enter this business and obtained two set of photos each, respectively total $18.36. I wish I wore some makeup and styled my hair. My concern is my weary appearance. Briefly, I felt I was taking either my high school or college yearbook portraits all over again. "Tilt your head this way, don't smile too much showing your teeth. Tilt your head again! Passport photos must look natural." The photographer uses a digital SLR camera and photos are color printed in your presence. Efficient, but not cheap. Nota Bene: A standard U.S. passport photo size must be exactly 2 in. X 2 in. (51 mm X 51 mm). Digital versions must be 600 X 600 pixels. Business cards are available for grabs. This business is fluent in Mandarin and English. Despondently, I did not hear any Cantonese.
