This store has a subscription service where they pull books out and reserve them for you. They also…read moresell those books to other people because they love money. They don't care if you're a subscriber, if you're not there, they will sell your books to other people. The clerk just tells you "Oh sorry, we're all sold out." when in fact that shouldn't have mattered because you were subscribed to it. This store won't last long with such unprofessional, not to mention idiotic and greedy, business practices. I've been coming to this store since they opened last year. And apparently loyalty is something they're not good at. I will be bringing my money elsewhere. This store sucks as$.

The manager here and the staff are very polite and do a good job with making sure it doesn't get too rowdy when there is a line of 10-15 people an hour before doors open waiting to get cards. Supply is good so have always been happy with snagging the one per customer they allocate!! Scalpers beware!!
