They've got all the usual selection of new comic books along with a wide selection of back issues. They carry games and gaming supplies along with Funko and variety of other collectible type items. We weren't actually looking to make a purchase, but I did find, a handful of back issues that interested me as well as some other cool items. The employees we encountered were all friendly and helpful and the checkout service was quick and efficient. If you shop with any regularity, you probably want to sign up for their reward program. it's been upgraded from the punchcards to a digital system that you can access through the app as well. They have competitive pricing on back issues, which makes things worth shopping for. If you are local and a collector, then you probably want to check out their warehouse sales at the Orlando warehouse they have.

Extremely disappointing customer service…read more FedEx may be responsible for the shipping issue, but CoolStuffInc is responsible for making sure the product I paid for actually reaches me--and for helping resolve the problem when it doesn't. I contacted CoolStuffInc, explained the situation, and even provided a solution FedEx gave me: the shipper needs to contact FedEx to remove the restriction so I can pick up my package. Instead of taking ownership and helping resolve the issue, CoolStuffInc has been completely unhelpful. Shipping problems happen. Poor customer service is a choice. I've been a loyal customer, but after this experience, I will seriously reconsider ordering from CoolStuffInc again. Extremely poor customer service and accountability.

The service was incredible by people passionate about those products. The value was also great as I cross checked with Amazon and the prizes were comparable. They also have snacks and drinks that are not super expensive. $1 for a can of coke seems reasonable. We will be coming back to get another Warhammer set as soon as we build our new tank!

If you are a music lover like me, they do have a decent selection of Vinal's and CD's available for purchase plus they have a whole section of books dedicated to music, biographies about musicians, and some popular sheet music books available for piano and guitar. They could definitely improve the sheet music section but overall, it's not terrible. There are some great stationary items here for purchase that are of higher quality than you might find at the cheap-o dollar store if you are looking for something special and unique. I also love their notebooks and journals that have a soft leather covering, very cool. If you shop here often, they also have memberships available where you can save on your next purchase, comparative to something Barnes and Noble offers. I recommend stopping in if you're in the Oviedo Mall, it's a great book store with a lot to offer.
