They are fine if you don't mind having to pay for the extra details, like functioning back seat…read morebelts after they are done with your system install. After the installation of speakers and subs behind my rear seats, two of the three rear seat belts were in-operable...meaning locked up. Upon my return back to them asking for them to put the seat belts back in the operating status they were in before I brought my car to them, they informed me I would have to pay a minimum of $80 for them to look at it and another $80 per hour for them to "fix" it...mind you they are the ones that broke them. They claim they would not have done that to my seat belts. My car has less than 10K miles on it and I have elementary age kids, I think I know when my rear seat belts work prior to taking my car to Ovation Car Toys for speaker/sub installation, and then they don't when I get it back...fairly easy to know how that might have happened.

But over the past few years they seem to now deal more in used, no more new, toys, and inventory has decreased a lot. I assume to fit the volatile market for these types of things. Their service dept has done some repairs to some of my toys in the past, and they did a good job at a fair price. They are located out in the country in the middle of farm field's but have a nice operation with a good repair shop, and nice showroom with lots of accessories for sale. You will notice all the off road toys lined up sitting outside when driving by, making them easy to find, haha. Just pull back their driveway and park. The staff were always friendly and knowledgeable and seemed eager to help. They can also send a truck and trailer to pick up tour broken down unit, if you have no way to haul it to them. I think this might be about a $50 fee, which could be negotiable, depending on repairs needed. Not a huge location and not heavily stocked as the large Indy stores, but if you're in the area they're worth checking into. You might find a great deal on the fun off road toy you have been seeking.

We have taken our fleet of five vehicles to Devonshire for over five years now. Majority of repairs…read morehave been done correctly and priced fair. The last three have been miserable. We took vehicle for antifreeze leak. They did what they deemed to repair that. It was $1400. Now a problem with a "vehicle reset" has arisen. Another $500 to dealership. My problem with this is, if you can't fix it tell me up front not after I paid you $1400 to have to spend another $500. I spoke with Tim and he said it wasn't their issue. It appears this is how they do business nowadays
