Ultimately, the process of buying a car is just not fun. It takes a long time, there's a lot of waiting, and heavy decisions to be made. But they make it as smooth and painless as possible. I've seen Hebert and Cody, both a handful of times--and they're awesome! While they could easily take advantage of a girl who doesn't know what she wants, I feel like they look out for me and genuinely try to get the best deal. Last time, one of the salespeople gave me advice that saved me probably $100/month on my car payment. When I'm ready to buy a new car, this will undoubtedly be the only stop I make. The service department treats my car like a baby. They always keep me informed, prices are reasonable, and they are knowledgeable and efficient. I've had particularly great service from Brandon. Like I said--getting your car serviced is not fun, but they keep the waiting area clean and well stocked with complimentary coffee, water, and snacks. The waiting area is also quiet and reasonably comfortable. I honestly wouldn't even consider taking my car somewhere else unless it was an emergency.

We recently purchased a used Cadillac XT6 from Tom Roush Lincoln. It came with all weather floor…read moremats but not the carpet type floor mats. I searched craigslist for floor mats and found some for sale by an individual in Anderson that were perfect for our vehicle. Upon arriving at the seller of the floor mats, it turns out that HE was the previous owner of our XT6 and he had traded it in at Roush a few weeks back. He advised us that not only did he trade it in with the carpet floor mats, but also a luggage cover and mesh cargo net. I called Tom Roush and asked our salesperson about these items. His response was that they did not have those items and that we purchased the car based on what was in it on the lot. Okay, so they lied, because obviously they did have those items. Other issues, they low balled the trade in value of our 2020 XT6. Two days after we traded it in they were selling it online for $6000 more than they gave us. I know they all do that but that seems excessive. I would be very wary of Tom Roush Lincoln. They are not honest.

I was driving a BMW X1, but with my 14-year-old son and his very tall friends, it just wasn't cutting it anymore. I needed something with real legroom, and I had my heart set on a Honda Pilot. I originally came in to lease one, but unfortunately, it had literally just been sold before I arrived. Instead of sending me on my way, Edward showed me a pre-owned Pilot that ended up being an even better fit. Here's what really impressed me: I called around 7:30 PM, and they closed at 8:00 PM. Most dealerships would have told me to come back the next day. Not Edward. He took the time to get me out on a test drive, answered all of my questions, worked through the paperwork, and even agreed to take care of a few items I wanted inspected before I finalized everything. The experience didn't stop there. When I brought the vehicle back for those items, Edward was there waiting to greet me--even though it wasn't during his normal working hours. I have NEVER experienced customer service like this. Not at a dealership. Not anywhere. Edward went far above and beyond, and because of the way I was treated, they have earned a customer for life. When it's time for my next vehicle, I won't even shop around. I'll be back. Thank you, Edward, for proving that exceptional customer service still exists! Before making the trip, we were specifically told and repeatedly assured that the car was clean. When we arrived, that was clearly not what we found. The front passenger-side corner showed obvious signs that something had happened to it. The headlight was visibly out of alignment, the bumper was hanging/misaligned, and the condition of the bodywork in that area raised serious concerns that the vehicle had sustained prior damage. None of these obvious issues were disclosed to us beforehand. Instead, we were assured the vehicle was clean, which is exactly why we were willing to make the trip from Chicago. Between the driving and time spent dealing with this, we wasted roughly eight hours of our day. One honest phone call or a few accurate photos would have prevented the entire situation. This was an extremely disappointing experience. If you're considering a used vehicle from this dealership, I would strongly recommend inspecting it very carefully in person and verifying the condition yourself before making a long trip. Based on our experience, I would not rely solely on assurances that a vehicle is "clean."

About 2 months ago my boyfriend and I stopped in, and asked how much for an undercoating on his Chevy 2500. They said $400 (give or take a little). Great! So we made an appointment and dropped it off. We had the last appointment of the day. When he went to pick it up he didn't look it over there, he paid and left because they were about to close. When we got home and crawled under the truck to check it and there were so many spots that were overlooked and went unsprayed. The next day we took it back, he told the manager what happened. He apologized, gave a bunch of excuses but agreed to make good on it. So, we dropped it off again the next day and again, it still wasn't done properly. So, this time we called the LineX of Noblesville (they're franchised and not owned or operated by the same people, but at the time we didn't know this.) The manager there looked at the truck and essentially said that the whole thing was a botch job and needed to be redone and it would be $90/hr at about 4-5 hours for them to scrape the old coating off and then the $400 to respray. So, we called corporate. They took our complaint and said they would reach out to the store manager/owner for response. That same day or the next day we received a call from the manager of LineX Indy who eventually agreed to let us scrape the work and they would redo it for free. Well after hours, and hours of scraping the truck on the weekends and evenings after work we finally finished and power washed it and took it back there this past weekend. Upon walking in we were greeted and gentleman gave us an appointment for Thursday (tomorrow) to bring it back and have it redone. So tonight, the dickhead manager calls us and says that he would not redo the work. That because we left him a bad review on Facebook he would not make good on his word. (We left a shitty review BEFORE he agreed to make good on his botch job of a undercoating he initially did). SO, I called him myself (he'd mostly spoken to my boyfriend) and began to tell him I was very appalled at the decision to not make good on his word, to which he HUNG UP ON ME. I'm beyond myself. I have NEVER seen or had a service like this in my life. Unreal. Would never recommend to anyone.
