Super fast and friendly. My alternator died on Wednesday night and they had it fixed up by 1pm the next day.

Always answer questions honestly (I do my homework!) 1 suggestion: Check e-mails first thing in the AM since the website allows scheduled appointments. 2x I've called to check status in the early afternoon and they weren't aware my vehicle was there. I leave instructions to access the vehicle / key when I schedule in advance.

We had already had the code read at AutoZone, which pointed to the canister purge valve. The experience got off to a bad start because, despite me speaking with Paul the Monday before, the shop didn't even know he had an appointment. They performed their own diagnostic, and the mechanic took the car on a 20-minute test drive. With today's gas prices, that wasn't ideal, but we accepted it because we just wanted the car fixed. Unfortunately, it wasn't. Just two days later, the check engine light came back on. I called and scheduled another appointment for July 8 at 10:30 a.m. When I arrived, Tyler told me they couldn't guarantee the car would be finished that day. Since this is the only vehicle my husband and I have, I had no choice but to postpone the appointment until July 14 at 2:00 p.m. My husband took the car in on the 14th. After another diagnostic, they claimed the problem was again the canister purge valve, along with a fuel tank filler neck, quoting $1,259.99 for that repair on top of the canister purge valve. What doesn't make sense is that this issue supposedly didn't appear on the original diagnostic on July 1st. We were then told they needed to speak with the district manager, Anthony, because there were no notes in the system from our July 1 visit. We were told Anthony would call me to discuss how they planned to resolve the issue. He never did. I've called on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and each time I've been told they're "working on it." Meanwhile, we've been left without answers, and the problem remains unresolved. At this point, I have completely lost confidence in Xpress Pro Tire & Auto. I paid to have my vehicle repaired, but the original issue returned almost immediately, and now I'm being presented with an expensive additional repair that wasn't identified the first time. On top of that, the lack of communication and failure to follow through on promised callbacks has been extremely frustrating. At this point, I will only accept a full refund. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be filing complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and contacting local news stations to bring attention to my experience.

I stopped in because my radio had gone out along with my ability to charge my phone. I'd had a handful of people suggest getting my fuses checked as everything else electrical seemed fine. While I can obviously accept there are limits to how much "service" a retail outlet can offer, it seems weird to me that a place that replaces batteries, checks engine lights, replaces windshield wipers and offers more hands-on services makes a point of saying they can't assist with testing a fuse. Instead, this wheelchair using driver had to climb out of my wheelchair, lean over, and try to manipulate the ridiculously fine tester that they'd sold me. Fortunately, someone drove by and offered a bit of assistance as my hands just aren't made for that kind of fine motor skill work. To their credit, I will say they at least looked and could tell which fuse kit/tester I needed. So, hey, that's a plus. I don't know. I'd always heard high praise for AutoZone's helpfulness. Personally, it felt like more of a "can't do" than a "can do." Awful? Nope. The employee was friendly and did at least, I think, sell me the correct kit (hard to tell as the problem was not solved). Again, I'd say this was more of a "meh" experience than a bad one, however, I can easily say I won't be back.

After buying them, I attempted to install them in your parking lot, but was unsuccessful, even after a fairly thorough online search. I then asked a manager named Danny, a young Hispanic woman, if she could help. She was very kind and professional, and spent about 15 or 20 minutes trying to do it, including looking at an instructional video online. She did not find the tool that she needed to get the panel open, but she went far above and beyond the call of duty, and was very friendly the whole time. I greatly appreciated that excellent service, and I will continue to make AutoZone my first choice whenever I need anything auto related.
