I then noticed my order confirmation email had a a specific delivery date window and I thought to myself let's give them a chance. Sure enough my order arrived 2 days before the final delivery date. Shipping times were a little bit slower then other Honda oem parts dealers but I wasn't in a giant rush and Cycle Parts Nation had much better prices then everyone else selling the same parts I ordered. What I ordered. I order left and right side radiator shroud for a 2026 Honda crf250rwe. I'm happy with my items and im happy with CPN. Maybe if your in a giant rush and willing to pay more shop somewhere else. If your not in a super rush and want to save some money I would recommend CPN and will purchase from them again. Do not order your motorcycle parts from this company! Placed my order on 8/5/26 waited till 8/18 to contact them about my order when they told me they only had one of the three carb adjustment screws and the rest were on back order which they never informed me via email. When I told them to send the one screw and I would source the others elsewhere, they shipped it out with a tracking number. Here it is the 26th and the package is still sitting in Denver . When I called to see if they could assist in locating the package the woman on the phone took a very nasty tone with me and told me it would take 3 weeks for them to track down the package. They did not ask for the affected customer's name, request that the documents be returned or destroyed, escalate the matter, or appear to take any action whatsoever. Price of the parts for my Yamaha motorcycle were high, but apparently they had these in stock. However, the shipping cost for less than 1 ounce of materials parentheses one O-ring one gasket was $20. The reason for this is that the website default a $10 insurance policy for each purchase if you don't un click italso it took a month to get the parts I ordered. Let me start by saying these people fucking suck! I placed an order over $200 and received $30 worth of bolts. Half the stuff I ordered wasn't in stock. I found out two weeks later when I called back and spoke to a lady there.. although they said the order was delivered through the Postal Service that is untrue. absolute worst customer service i have ever seen. placed a 250$ order. took over a week to get the parts, they shorted me 2 items. i paid for the items they were on the order, they were not on the packing list that was in the box. i called talked to their customer service, she said they had to start a claim and it would take 1-2 WEEKS for the claim to be reviewed and a decision made what ever that means. then it would take another 1-2 WEEKS to then send the the parts they shorted me in the first place. cycle parts nation is the same as honda parts nation. this company is an absolute joke. i will never order from them again. they dont even deserve 1 star. read more

The worst experience with an online order in my life. You couldn't pay me to get the parts for free I'd I had to do it over again. Ordered parts for my generator in May lied countless times didn't respond to phone messages or emails. After 2 months and an approaching Hurricane season I orders the parts from another online seller. I filed a credit card dispute months later only for them to then ship the items which I non longer need. I even told them not to ship and they did it anyway. Complete headache. I followed their instructions to communicate with them to cancel the order but no response. Visited their website,ordered 4 different items. Almost a week goes by, and finally get 2 emails that parts have shipped. One email has all 4 parts in it, the second has only one of the parts in it. I call, recording says 1 min wait time, at about 10 minutes I start doing other things around the house. Finally someone answers (12 minutes in) I say hello, and a second later they hung up on me. I call back, wait another 4-5 minutes and finally someone answers, talk to her, she seems completely careless. Explain the situation, give the order number #849977, takes her a bit then she tells me only one of the parts shipped, the main part I needed was on back order till Jan 6. Keep in mind the order was placed the end of Oct. nowhere on the email does it say anything is back ordered. Obviously I cancel the order. She then advises me it will take 5-7 days for the money to be deposited back in my account. Their absolute lack of communication, will steer me away from them for any future purchases. Not to mention tying my money up for 2 weeks for nothing. I hope this is not a typical experience with them, but other reviews seem the same. I have to agree with other recent reviews, I can not recommend doing any mail order business with this company if you expect any sort of customer service. they are very prompt in taking your order and your money but are entirely unable to give you a timely order status or get back to you with a tracking number. Finally got thru part had to be ordered from Honda. Part finally arrives weeks later and then have an issue with part. Tried to get RMA via email and calling. Took forever. Sent part back via USPS with receipt never recv'd anything from them that they recv'd. Had to call again talked to Demi, she sent email to me so I had address to respond too. Well replied an no answer several times. The tried calling again and was able to talk to Kirsten and she was going to make sure they recv'd return part. Nothing back at all. Nobody responds to email or calls. So now they have their part back and I am without a part or my money and unable to contact anybody.
