We are talking about a small amount of money, on a fairly insignificant transaction, but the principle is what is important here. If he is willing to screw me over for less than $50, use your imagination as to what might well happen on a more significant transaction. My experience is that this is a dishonest (and generally not very nice) individual, and I would never do business with him or this store again. Reading all the reviews here, which I would urge everyone to do, convinces me that I am by far not alone in that experience.
