I didn't like that they used a power torque my oil drain bolt. It was stripped, I didn't think I had to ask to change the bolt because it was stripped to hell. They used the same bolt, I'm having so much trouble trying to get the bolt off. There was no washer. read more

I called this shop yesterday to get my ecu flashed. They told me they were closing 3 hours early due to the heat but would be open the next day. I came here at 9:30 when the shop opens. I drove 30+ minutes through traffic. As I arrived I came to the door, it was locked. I am unaware if he worked with the shop but a man signaled from his car "10 minutes" with his hands. I then proceeded to wait 20-30 minutes and still no sign of anyone. I began calling and receiving no answer. Now this shop was recommended to me by some friends so I expected professionalism and that was the last thing provided. They did not answer a single phone calls and when I came back later they were still closed. I am not driving out of my way to socal super-bikes to have my ecu flashed. Unlike chachacha motorsports they answered the phone and were very reliable in every way, as a business should be. I'm not sure what happened with Terry (business owner), but I don't appreciate his financial exploitation or his questionable work ethic. It just goes to show you just never know with some people. I paid for work that was never approved of and likely wasn't even ever done. He claimed to have swapped my aftermarket triple-tree off, then back on again. I was charged for that procedure, as well as the labor of taking the fairings on/offn which he claims was done 2-3x. I didn't approve of any of this work. On top of it all, he cut my tail fairing in such a way that I can no longer mount a light (labor not approved). He also lost the tail light assembly. I picked the bike up partially assembled: missing tail light and no intake tubes. I essentially paid $1100 for him to take off frame sliders and swap over my track to street fairings- of which a literal hack job was performed. I also believe the shop cracked my rearsets, but there was no mention of them being cracked. I towed the bike home from the shop and didn't go over the bike before loading it on the flat bed ($450 lesson). The way he hits you with the bill is by pumping the labor rate up, then slowly whittling away at it thru negotiation; that way you're left feeling like you received a deal, when in fact you have not. My last 2-3 visits were like this. The bill will be 2x what you expect it to be; then you exchange some banter while he gauges your ability to negotiate. It's bad form and not something someone should have to go thru. It's shady business practice. Bring your bike here at your own risk! read more

Was told that he needed a couple of day to talk to his mechanic when he's the only one that works there and when i pulled up coincidentally there was a guy the with the same bike probably return my parts he sold. I got my rim back that was "bent" and keeping them from moving the bike (wasn't bent) never got my speedo back but they put a broken one on my bike but the date code on back was way off. Cha Cha Cha was recommended to me by various riding buddies so I came to get my oil pan replaced on my 07 Gsxr. Cost estimate and time frame I was told were right on the money.
