Was quoted about 350 for a rear tire for my motorcycle. Came in and got it for 380 ($105 installation, 275 tire) out the door and surprisingly came with a bike wash. Parts department forgot to call me when the tire was shipped in but, other than waiting an additional 10 days, it wasn't bad of an experience. I'll be coming here for additional work. read more

My husband and I decided we wanted to get a new personal watercraft. We previously had some, but sold them to buy a boat right before the pandemic hit and everything shut down. We've been watching the market since and realized the price for a new boat was ridiculous and felt getting a new ski was the best option for now, as we missed being able to go to the river. So began the search for the right ski for us. We visited numerous dealers from LA, Orange, and Riverside county looking for the exact model we wanted, often being told they had it, only to find out they didn't, being shown a different brand or higher model, missing the features we wanted, or being completely ignored by the salesperson we had been communicating with when arriving at the dealership. After much frustration, I considered just waiting until next season to find the ski we really wanted. After driving by Corona Motorsports numerous times on our way to other dealerships, I decided to look online to see their inventory and lo and behold, they had the ski we had been looking for. I gave them a call and was fortunate to speak with Scott. He answered all my questions and personally made sure the ski we were looking for, was still in their inventory. We discussed pricing and knew what we would be paying out the door before driving out there. A manufacturer promotion on the ski was either a rebate or 0% interest. Many of the dealers we talked to previously weren't even willing to discuss the 0% interest and were only willing to give us the "rebate". My husband and I have excellent credit and feel that 0% interest is something we've earned and weren't willing to forego that. I let Scott know that we wanted the 0% interest as a condition of buying the ski. He said "not a problem." With everything in place, I set up a time for us to meet with him and sign the paperwork. From the moment we arrived to when we left, the process was great! Scott showed us around, answered more of our questions, and took us to the service area to show us our ski that had just been taken out of the crate and was being put together by Ian. The process was seamless and easy. They even offered us pizza, that was delivered for their lunch, while we finished all the paperwork. Once we were done, Scott walked us to parts to pick up a few items we needed for our new ski, and then went to see Ian in service to show us all the features on the ski and how to use them. Ian was great in going over the ski and explaining everything as well as giving some tips to keep the ski looking it's best. When loading the ski on the trailer for us, Ian noticed that the bunks could be better adjusted to best fit our ski (which we didn't buy from Corona), put the ski back on the dolly, and adjusted them a couple times until he was satisfied. His adjusting the bunks shows his care for the customer's experience as well as service. He made sure when we drove off, our ski was properly secured and safe for our drive home. From initial phone conversation, sales, financing, to delivery, we had a great experience and highly recommend the team at Corona Motorsports. They will be the first place we visit if we look to buy any other toys and recommend to family and friends in their search. read more

I used to drive bye Corona almost everyday on my way to work from Huntington Beach. I probably pass by 2 other dealers on my way. I would always to stop in and check out the new SXS's and Motorcycles. The best two things about them that no other dealer offers around here are open on Mondays and yet they still offer that family owned environment business I felt. They're not so huge that they have multiple stores and that corporate mentality. I know this industry is tough to survive in but they seem to be doing great. Just last Monday I was putting installing a new after market gas tank and a preparatory Can Am part I needed and I was able to Oder it from them on a Monday over the phone and only waited 2 days for them to get it to the shop. They saved me at least 1 day because I'm putting my SXS back together before Christmas when I have a trip planned after. The parts girl was knowledgeable and quickly handled my order. I definitely know the place I'm going to order from now on for parts. Even from farther away they're worth it. It's doesn't hurt that the girls are attractive as well as knowledgeable too! read more

The reason I give this stars are towards the parts department only. They are terrible dont even let you speak they automatically place you on hold and DON'T come back to answer. I have tried 4 times today and when I did get a hold of someone she placed me on hold to get someone and never came back. This is the last time I shop here about 80% of the time I try to get a part they NEVER have them in stock. Parts department, I went in buy some honda hand grips, what they sold me were some generic grips one size fits all, what I found was the kit does not the same diameter cam as the Honda has. But you can make it work with some adjustments, not happy with looks and performance, has a 1/4" gap just looks odd. I just went on ebay and found a new stock Honda grip for a third the price. read more

This review mainly pertains to Ron, who helped me and my girlfriend throughout the entire process of buying our first bikes this past December. We went in looking to both get Ninja 400s, as they had two in the ABS model and color we were looking for. That same day, Ron told us to feel free to shop around and look at other dealers, but that he was sure they'd have the best pricing. He was not pushy at all or tried to keep us there like some dealers are known to do. Surely enough, we came back later that same day right before closing after shopping around a bit. Ron immediately recognized us from earlier and came to assist us in purchasing both bikes even though it was a bit after their closing hours. The financing process was seamless and very quick for two bikes. He worked with us both and got us priced out the door around what we were looking to spend while not trying to upsell us on any other warranties or services we weren't interested in. This review is for the service department. I took my Honda talon here to get an oil change. First I could not get ahold of their service department and had to talk to someone in sales. Second they lose the paperwork for it, and I have to contact them after 3 days to find out what is happening. Third after a week of it being with them I had to call back asking if its done and the "mechanic" on the other side was rude. Fourth when picking it up I find that the front hood wasn't attached correctly, which doesn't need to be taken off for an oil change, they didn't clear the service light, and they spilt used oil all over the top of my skid plate. Lastly they charged me 400 for parts and labor stating it took 4 hours to change the oil. Do not go to their mechanic department. You will regret it. One star is to many for them. read more

So, In May 2019 I purchased two Seadoos from the show room, a seadoo Wake and seadoo Gti. Firstly I'll say that this is hands down the best purchase I've ever made in my adult life and my first "adult toy" I've bought. Ive only owned them for a little over a year now and I've already made tons of memories on them that you honestly can't put a price on! So fast forward to This year May 2020, I took them in to be serviced. After trying to find a place to do them closer to where I actually live and have ZERO people call me back or say there is a about a two week wait via email because of this whole "Rona" (COVID) stuff, I decided that I would make the 1 hour and 15 min trek to corona. I called down to see if they could fit me in and they got me right in! I drove straight down there, same day dropped off my seadoos. Well what do you know the very next day they were ready!!!! We hit the lake three days later and spent 5 amazing days out on the lake with our kiddos but unfortunately day 5 the wake, well it sank!! After having the beast pumped out and towed back in, we trailered it headed back for Cali. On the way home I again called Jim over at the service department and what do you know, he got me right away AGAIN!!! Praying the motor would make it out alive, I dropped her off and not even a week later I got a call it was ready and picked it up the next day (yesterday) Im now currently Sitting lake side in Havsue honestly happy as can be and owe a VERY big thank you to these two men who honestly made this trip happen for us!! Was actually so surprised. Currently they have a 2018 CRF450R for sale on their site and my brother has been talking Brian at the store about it, who seemed to be very helpful. We were coming together on the price, but I wanted to stop in and see it first. It was Brian's day off sadly, and we were referred to the manager (David I think). From not answering a simple question to being totally demeaning and rude, David was simply not helpful. This is a used bike understand so a few questions about the bikes past is not unreasonable. My brother: "did you guys go through it and check it out when you obtained it?" David: "I mean it runs or it doesn't, we don't but trash" My brother: "ok, but can you give me anymore details about the bike? How many hours are on it?" David: "it looks good, it runs. I don't know what the big deal is. The price is the price, we are not going lower. We know the owner, in here all the time." At this point I politely explained that I will have to think about it and left. We were both so confused about how unhelpful and rude the guy was! My brother and I both know our fare share about bikes, and simple questions about servicing valves, top end jobs, regular maintenance are not uncommon, but a requirement when trying to find a new bike to ride. The bike is a good deal as it stands now, but I would never do business with this shop out of principle. Crazy part is, I had the cash that they wanted for the bike in my pocket in hundreds. ... shame. read more

They say "money can't buy you happiness" but I say try looking angry driving a 300hp, supercharged jest ski at 72mph on the river :) ... it's impossible. One of the best buying experiences I've ever had. I bought 2 separate jet skis here. The first ski was the Sea Doo RXP-X 300. The second ski was the Sea Doo Spark Trixx. When I came in and bought the second one they even bought my single ski trailer back from me for the same exact price I was going to try and sell it for on Craigslist... awesome I will definitely be shopping here again, especially since their prices were pretty much the same as what I found on the internet. read more

This place is great! We live in Rancho Cucamonga and are more than willing to drive the extra bit to Corona Motorsports. My husband has had to make a few trips for items when our local location is out of stock or simply doesn't pick up the phone to verify items. Corona always has a wide variety of merchandise and their customer service is great! I agree with other reviews the people who work here are so nice! Everyone is helpful, very knowledgeable and seem like they actually enjoy their job. I highly recommend this place! I DO NOT on the other hand recommend wasting your time at Mountain Motorsports. They have terrible customer service, rarely answer the phone and act like you are bothering them when you finally get through your 20-30 minute wait after being transferred around. By far the best motorsports dealer in the area, bar none. First, they give you a great deal on OTD prices without a bunch of haggling or surprise ADM fees. Second, they always have my paperwork prepared in advance so when I come to pick-up, it is sign and go - 10 min tops. And lastly their service is TOP NOTCH. One example - I bought wheels and tires on line and brought to them for mounting. They noticed that the wheel manufacture sent the wrong wheels in the box...Instead of kicking them back to me, THEY called the manufacturer direct, had the right wheels expedited straight to them and my ride was ready on time, as they promised...I didn't find out about the whole wheel fiasco until I came to pick it up. One of the most important things in my life is honesty. I won't do business with a company or salesman that I think is dishonest. My experience with Corona Motorsports is a perfect example of that. At first, The company and salesman seemed fine. I called to check on a Honda Rebel 500 that was in their internet listing and left a message to have someone call me. The next day, Brian (salesman) returned my call and was very nice. He told me about a 2019 model that was brand new and in stock. The next day my wife and I drove up to Corona Motorsports and met Brian. He was friendly and helpful but was a typical salesman who told you what you wanted to hear. He showed me the bike I had come to see and I really liked it. I had lots of questions which he answered, some truthfully and others not so much. The most important question I had was if the bike I was looking at had the feature on the speedometer that showed which gear you were in while riding. Brian said he was sure it did and looked it up on his phone. He told me it did. I was still not convinced and questioned it more. The only way I could be sure was to turn the electrical system on and see it for myself. I had called my wife over to show her the speedometer as I knew it had lots of functions. Then Brian told me that the bike had no battery in it and couldn't be turned on. I was disappointed, but Brian assured me, "I am sure it has that function. I promise you it has that function, I guarantee it!" Well, I bought the bike. The finance man said I could use a credit card but a debit card would be better for them. I wanted to use the credit card because I receive points for free hotel rooms and that would be a lot of points. I finally decided to be nice and use my bank debit card. Later the finance man thanked me as it saved them over $200. Corona Motorsports kept the new bike for me for a little over a week and then I picked it up. Brian sent me over from the showroom to the garage where the mechanic was preparing the bike for me. A really nice guy showed me features on the motorcycle and I saw no gear indicator on the speedometer. The mechanic said it didn't have one so I rode from the garage to the showroom to confront Brian. He acted surprised and searched all over the internet to check and then told me he guessed it didn't have that feature. The best he offered me was to say I could buy an add on one on the internet for around $50 plus pay them to put it on. Then he turned and walked away. The contract I signed said I couldn't get my money back and there was no right of rescission. When I got home, I wrote an email to the company explaining what had happened and put attention to the manager. I received an automatic reply but no other contact to me. I have waited to write this review until now to give them a chance to respond. They could at least have installed a gear indicator for me after Brian's promise and after I saved them over $200 by using a debit card. I will not use Corona Motorsports for anything ever again. I have ordered my own gear indicator and will be ordering more add on and upgrade equipment. Those could have been ordered through Corona Motorsports, but not now. Paul Bailey read more

I ordered a Can Am X3 back in November. I was given a delivery window for the month of February. I was dealing with Ron for my order. He was available constantly for updates on the order and communicated with me frequently. My Can Am was delivery Monday, February 5th. Ron had the car built in one day so that I could take it on my trip with me to King of the Hammers on the 7th. I came in to complete the financing paperwork and take delivery.
