After visiting a few bike shops in Orlando, including Cycle Spectrum, I decided to purchase my 2 bikes from this store. The customer service was absolutely great, Chad was very helpful and very knowledgable. He was also extremely patient with my girlfriend and I who were purchasing our first road bikes, despite all of our silly beginner questions. I HIGHLY recommend this shop compared to others that I personally visited. They have a great selection of bikes in stock, so I didn't have to order one. I have nothing but good things to say, he explained to us what each bike was and why we were better on the ones we ended up purchasing than others that were in our same price range. He gave us ample time to test ride and even gave a few pointers, I did not feel rushed or pressured at any time. We visited the store 1 hour before closing time and Chad remained after hours to finish tuning the bikes to make sure they were perfect for their first ride. They also have free labor for bikes purchased at their store for service, only parts need to be purchased. They are of much higher quality than similarly priced bikes at other places, and when you add the free service for life, hard to go wrong! Honestly words can't describe how much I hate this bike shop. Honestly I had a bike shop in winter garden and they would fix my inner tube for just a bit more $ yet got it done with in 30min to an hour!!! Lord I had a toothless weirdo give me a slip of paper to fill out and quite frankly he creeped me the hell out!!! I asked him how long it would take and he tells me by the end of the day. The end of the day is 9pm when they close! Are you serious!? The guy gives me a lecture on how there's this many people in front of me and some people have been waiting for 2 days BLAH BLAH BLAH!!!!! And continues to say with me that he has the responsibility of fixing the bikes, taking phone calls, and taking care of customers that walk in the shop. Seriously this dude needs to stop being cheap and hire more damn people!!!! I wish I had the time and money cause I would have rather given my money to my old shop in winter garden!!! read more

Great deal on my bike, and they made free adjustments after I had it a while. So I bought another one for my wife! I shopped several of the big retailers, and competing bike shops that didn't offer near the quality for the price. Have recommended them to my neighbors that aren't happy with their bikes that won't change gears, or the brakes won't work from Walmart and Target. read more

Frank was nice on initial visit. Ordered a bike and he promised it would be ready the following week. No word from him so I called and he acted like he had no recollection of the order. He eventually located it, still in the box. He assured me it would be done by the following afternoon. When I arrived, it was there, still sitting in the box. He said he could put it together in twenty minutes. I told him I would come back in a couple of hours, which I did and it was still being assembled. I waited an additional hour in the store and he made no apologies except to say that he would have to charge more if he had to hire more people. I would not recommend buying anything here. This is not a good shop. Customer service is non-existent. The store doesn't open on time, there is a 50/50 chance they answer the phone, and the owner and employees are unfriendly. The "service for life" is a joke as it takes weeks for the simplest repair or maintenance. You won't get a courtesy call either. I've gotten change back for a ten twice when I gave the owner a twenty. Once I can understand as a mistake. Twice is a pattern. read more

This is a bike shop for beginners, and non enthusiasts, and that is fine..if that is what you are looking for. My girlfriend called me up crying after she went to this store, and they treated her..like a girl. She was in the market to buy a decent mountain bike, and the guy kept trying to sell her pink beach cruisers, and stuff with baskets on them. She tried to explain her knowledge of bikes, and the guy kept laughing at her, and told her girls don't need such bikes (i.e..a real mountain bike). The salesman tried to contradict everything she said she was looking for, and eventually she got fed up and left. She ended up buying a $900 Kona from Kyle's Bike Shop in the Milk District, where they listened to her needs, and worked with her to get the best fit..and even upgraded parts to compete with the Scott dealer in Winter Park. She is now upgrading her fork to a downhill 180mm travel ($700) Rockshox, that she will be buying elsewhere...and she plans on riding up to this store and laugh at them for all the money they missed out on by being rude to her. read more

This was one of the worst experiences and transactions I've ever had in retail. I purchased a bike that was not in stock. They swiped my credit card and it took 3 seconds for them to get my $1300. They said the bike would arrive in 5 days. 8 days later and still no bike. They couldn't even find the tracking number. Each salesman said I needed to talk to "the other guy." They sent me around in circles. So I asked for a refund. He yelled at me and said I needed to be more patient. I respectfully followed through with request for refund. He made me fill out a form and made me write my credit card numbers on it. He said the refund request needed to get "faxed to corporate." It took 3 seconds to take my money by swiping my credit card, but it takes faxing to corporate to get a refund. All this in 2015. 11 days have past and still no refund. Just more run around and excuses. This is the most dishonest group I've ever dealt with. Don't walk away from this store...run! read more
