Each class is different and I am left sweating and feeling good at the end of each one. It's definitely a great workout. All of the instructors I've tried are great but Kristen is my favorite so far. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and they have a lot of regular members. No egos or competitive spirit here, which I appreciate. There is a large parking lot but it's easy to miss your turn if you're not familiar with the area. There are cubbies to store your stuff and hair ties, Luna bars, and water provided. The intro unlimited membership is $99 per month, which is a great deal and then it goes up to $159 I believe. You also have to let them know in advance if you want to cancel; otherwise, you'll be locked in for another 3 months. Their app is super easy to use, they have clothes and socks for sale, if you need them. My one minor complaint is that there isn't a clock in the room, so I never know if they're done kicking my butt haha.

I can't stand places that shut down over the weekend or just offer a 9am Saturday class. The heat is good, I got some great sweating and detox going. It's a very small studio that gets very crowded. Uri did a great job with demos, checking the carriges, and correcting form. Most importantly, he kept the energy and encouragement up. I'll definitely return to Hilliard Studio Method again soon because I want to be as long and lean as the instructors... next time, I'll place my mat closer to the instructor! After all that, I was warmly greeted by my trainer Nadia. She is freaking awesome! She's funny, encouraging and makes sure you have a good time! She gave me a run down of the class and showed me where I could put my stuff. They have cubbies for rent and the regulars have them all decorated with their stuff and names on them. You can look but don't touch! :) I took a Dance Mixx class and it's cardio, strength training and dance with a bit of weights at the end. You're moving from the time the music starts until the time it ends. Be prepared to sweat! And bring water! You're going to need it! The class flew by and I burned a lot of calories! After class Nadia told me that I did great and asked when she would see me again! I'm absolutely going back! I had way more fun than I thought I would! I am able to take classes here through ClassPass (app) and love the variety they offer. I was nervous on my first class because it can be a little fast paced which is intimating. Unfortunately they did not have pricing information online however I was able to submit a request and Steve texted me 1st thing Saturday morning to book a tour the same day. The GYM is just amazing! It's clean, with a ton of equipment and space for a stress feee workout. The locker rooms are upgraded and include both a sauna, and a steam room! I am so glad that I made the pivot to this gym! I was expecting your standard workout class sessions, but was delightfully surprised with the thought and care out into every part of this gym. The workouts are all strategically planned (a year in advance) to ensure proper recovery and maximum output is received. The gym are clean with great equipment I probably wouldn't try elsewhere (ski urg, slide boards, boxing, rowing, etc). And the most important part for me- the trainers and staff are SO helpful and friendly. They positively support me and help me to adjust my form when needed, while respecting that I'm getting back into the swing of things. The slow movements with an emphasis on proper form and technique are what has me wanting to keep coming back.
