Every Saturday is a free faith n fitness course where all are welcome to join. This training consists of a 30min min group hiit course followed by a 30min Bible study. Part 2 of catalyst is house church every Sunday. Also free to all w/ breakfast. The style of church here is more so being amongst your brothers and sisters in Christ and sharing how the Lord has worked throughout your week. Simple put...a Bible study group format. So come to CCW. It may not be your ordinary gym. But you'll get both faith, Fitness, and health worked on all in one location.

(Or a location near you) I used to be a dyed-in-the-wool "gym rat", at the gym at 5:30am when they opened, doing the same thing 5 days every week for years (yawn). No wonder I got bored! But with Karen (the owner/instructor) and the other instructors at Jazzercise, it's always fresh, because everyone's personalty is different. Jake & Holly, both Owners and Cycle Stars, introduced me to everyone and made me feel really comfortable. The energy in the class is palpable, and enthusiasm from all of the instructors is sincere and infectious. It's easy to understand how there are riders with 750+ rides already under their belt in the short time this location has been open! I was browsing their website and Instagram before coming and I noticed they have so many themed classes (Gold Digger , Brittany Spears, Party like Enrique) I can't wait to try one. I was also impressed that they celebrate every milestone with your ride; 100 rides, 500 rides with cake, red carpet,champagne etc. Most of the riders were regulars and seem like they are friends outside of riding. After class, at least 15 of them were outside socializing and making plans together. It's nice to see a sense of community and friendship. The bathrooms were really clean and filled with toiletries and a blow dryer to freshen up after class. Overall, I loved coming here and can't wait to come back. The energy of the location is alive and the riders are awesome. Working out and going to a group exercise class can be very intimating but Holly and Jake make sure you feel comfortable. Whether you are moving into Naples, on vacation, or just need a good workout, Cycle Bar Naples is the spot!!

Items that come to mind are: purchase new flag lines, refinish the pool deck, replace doors in the pump building, install a true water cooling system for the hot summer months, purchase new time clocks, and add new aquatic activities. Note that the pool water is very clean and the lifeguards are attentive. The Y will be competing for members with the county aquatics center opening this fall in Lakewood Ranch. I suggest the Y become more proactive before people cancel their memberships.

Pre-work out, meal replacement, protein powder, the works The gym is the right size with the right equipment to get any kind of work out you desire. Powerlifting? There are a couple of heavy duty racks to deadlift and squat. Cardio? A nice sized separate room with spin bikes and mats to do abs and stretch. Certainly enough stairmasters, treadmill and elliptical machines for anyone to burn calories on. Basic weight training? If you can't get it done here you're doing something wrong. Owner Breannt has a sharp staff that pays attention to the details. He bought new equipment and is always upgrading. Details like constantly changing the towels to wipe a machine before or after use. Like plenty of fresh workout towels. Like an ever changing variety of smoothies. Child care if you need it. Yoga and cardio classes if that is your thing. Multiple certified trainers if you need nutritional or exercise guidance. Open until MIDNIGHT during the week. I'm a satisfied member that has been at this place for over a year now. What I really like is that the gym always has people in it but even after work on Monday I am never waiting for a machine. Come by a have a free workout. You won't regret it. This is not the $10 per month deal, but you get what you pay for in the gym biz. In the men's room I get razors, deodorant, fresh bath towels, fresh workout towels, shampoo & conditioner, shower soap Q-tips, after shave, cotton balls. If I'm going on a date with my wife or back to work, I'm covered. Big screen TVs all over give the gym a lively feel. Oh and I almost forgot, YOU GET TWO MEMBERSHIPS IN ONE. They have a huge gym on Bonita Beach Rd that is probably the best equipped gym in all of SWFL that you can use too!! Brent refurbished the hell out of that spot and the equipment can't be beat. Gateway is a little out of the way for some but if you're in the neighborhood it's worth a stop. Good people and good equipment that's open late.
