I've missed cycling and it's taken me a long while to get back to CycleBar due to Covid. I purchased a 10-pack of classes from Groupon and followed the instructions to email the studio. By the next day I had a response and my app notes the classes available. Classes are available every day, from early morning to evening. Weekends are morning only and they fill up quickly. You can register in advance (and need to), but only a week ahead. On the day of your class I would recommend getting there a few minutes early to get on your shoes, grab a locker, hit the restroom, etc. Lockers are free to use. Bring a water bottle too, they have a fountain for quick refills. Clip shoes are provided and I highly recommend using them. Don't forget your socks! Note: masks are not required here and honestly I am not sure how you'd feel wearing one. The room is warm and you are going to be breathing fairly hard. People don't wear them coming or going either. If you aren't comfortable with that environment yet, I'd recommend skipping CycleBar. You'll have a few minutes before class to set up your bike. I'd also recommend grabbing a cleaning wipe and wiping down the bike. This used to be a practice done by the studio but I noticed this is no longer the case. The bike can be adjusted in 4 spots - the height and position of the seat, the height and position of the handle bar. I would take a picture or memorize your setting for next time. It matters to your ride. The instructor will assist if you ask. The class is done in dimmed lights (thank you). It lets you focus on the music and your lit up monitor. The instructor is easy to spot at the front of the room and the mirrors help. It is intense from the first minute to last. INTENSE. A lot of the classes cycle out of the seat but it's a personal choice how much you want to do that. Personally I hate it and can't keep up the power so I often sit back into the saddle. You'll also have one song using a small body bar for arm work (look for it on the front of the bike). Great facilities available, from two restrooms and another two showers. Towels put on every bike. Lobby with limited merchandise. Private parking lot. You can purchase a membership or class packages. read more

It's not something I'm going to want to get a monthly membership for and do all the time, but when I've had the opportunity to visit this location I have always had a good time and felt like I got in a good workout. Guys, I love Cyclebar.... like, really love it!! Everyone has their own preferences on workouts, and over the years I have found spinning to be mine. Plus, CB knows how to make it fun and how to make each class different, so it's never boring. There's different types of classes you can do, such as the 'classic,' themed rides for holidays or inspired by certain music, and they also have an 'express' class that I can do on my lunch hours. The environment is probably what makes CB so great. Everyone here is so welcoming and there is always positive energy exerting from the riders/instructors. I cannot praise this place enough! People from all different fitness levels join these classes, so it's easy to feel like you can fit in here. read more

I imagine if you are here looking for reviews then you aren't entirely sure what CycleBar is and would like a little more info about it before trying it out, OR you know what CycleBar is and want to see if this is a quality location before dropping in. If you have no idea what CycleBar is, think indoor cycling, awesome playlist, and a party, but with burning a crap ton of calories in the process. I was familiar with indoor cycling classes before I went, so clipping in and out of pedals, changing resistance and speed, etc. was not that big of an adjustment. Having my bike reserved was a nice touch, meaning, I didn't have to fight for a spot when I got there. Tossed all my stuff into a locker, grabbed a pair of shoes from up front, and clipped in. They even provided a clean sweat towel. Dudes: You might see mostly women taking these classes and while that is probably true, that certainly doesn't mean this is a workout only for women. These classes can kick your butt and will also work your entire body. Don't dismiss this as just for ladies. I have seen a complaint about the music being too loud. I am an old fart and when I walked in the first time, it was difficult for me to hear all of the commands from the instructors at first. This is just something you get used to and it doesn't take long at all. Also, I have come to really love the loud music and all the thought that goes into the playlists. It helps take me away from my day, my worries, and stress. I feel like I am in a different world and have come to look forward to this so much. If you are familiar with CycleBar and want to know if this location is legit or not, I would challenge you to drop in on any class and not enjoy yourself. I have even been told by others that they hate it when they go back to their hometown because their CycleBar doesn't push them as hard as this one and that everyone here feels more like family. I was instantly welcomed and felt like part of their family right off the bat. You cannot come or go without something greeting you or thanking you for coming in. The place is always clean. There is always some challenge happening, some rider they are recognizing or supporting, or some milestone being achieved. It's one of the few places that talks about community but actually understands what it means, lives it out, and gives you one hell of a workout in the process. read more

My home away from home!!! Tried CB in houston two years ago and it was ehhhhh. Came home from traveling and thought... what the heck- let's try it again. UMMM... this place literally welcomed me with open arms. FIRST- From the minute you walk in the door.. everyone is so dang friendly. SECOND- Annie, the owner is a queen. She is so nice, helpful, cares genuinely about each person, and her classes will have you begging for more... and dying at the same time. All the instructors bring their own touch and vibe to the place. If you want to be fit, stay up to date on the latest music, learn some hip dance moves, and feel like a total BADASS... all you gotta do is open the doors and enter. From the awesome & friendly staff to the amenities you cannot beat this place. Your first ride is free what do you have to lose? Other than calories & bad energy of course. Each class you're provided with cycling shoes & a towel. There's flow water available to fill your bottle & always apples & bananas for pre/post workout fuel. Some classes offer extras such as wine down Wednesday (wine). The bathrooms are stocked with the essentials, hair ties, deodorant, lotion, etc. They even have fully stocked showers with decent toiletries (I even asked what shampoo they use because I loved it so much!) Music is always great and the workouts vary which makes your workouts never get old. I love that I can schedule online and pick my bike out before online. Energized, motivating instructors, incredibly helpful and thoughtful staff, gorgeous facilities with all the amenities you could think of (and even a couple you might forget!). They have two unisex showers and plenty of locker space. As an avid East Coast spinner for the past decade, this place ranks up there with some of the best to do it! This place is really great! You can get 2 free classes when you sign up online, I tried my first class yesterday. First, when I walked in I was greeted and one of the friendly employees got me a free water bottle, showed me around, and helped me find shoes and get clipped in to a bike. The facility is very nice, there is a nice little snack station, big lockers, really clean nice bathroom and shower rooms, and towels and shoes are provided. The class itself was very upbeat, it was a great cardio workout. They mix things up enough to keep you motivated for the full 45 minutes. The one thing I really like about it is that theres no pushy membership sales, you can purchase packages if rides as needed and there's no pressure or sales pitches. read more

If you've never tried a cycling class before, this is the BEST place to do it! This brand new facility is clean and modern, and has every amenity you could possibly want with a cycling class- sparkling clean bathrooms with extra hair bands, deodorant, body wipes, feminine products....filtered water (and a sweet free water bottle with your first class), fresh fruit, gum...all so you can walk out of there feeling fresh after an amazing sweaty workout session. You can opt to use their cycling shoes if you don't own any- highly recommend because they clip into your bike pedals allowing for a better ride. The cycling instructor Erika was super fit, upbeat and inspiring. The music playlist was fun and loud- gets you going! Love that the lights are turned waaay down so nobody could see me all sweaty and huffing and puffing through that tough ride! The room is kept nice and cool for the whole workout. I chose a 45 minute class and felt like my whole body benefited- lots of emphasis on legs and glutes obviously but love that they include a weight bar on the bike and focus on your upper body for part of the class as well. CycleBar makes working out fun...and that's coming from someone who hates to work out! The instructors incorporate killer playlists and fun "dance" moves (like presses and tap backs to the beat) into the workout, which makes the experience more like a party than the intense cardio workout that it is.
