An employee I manage called out of work for their shift the next day at 9:50 at night. I cancelled my 9:30am class for the next day at 9:52pm due to having to go into work and knowing I wouldn't be able to attend. When I called this morning to explain, I was told I would be charged for the "late cancelation". I pay for the unlimited membership, and attend class almost every day. I've attended 55 classes since joining in December. I cancelled 22 minutes into the 12 hour "window" and was told there was "nothing they could do". I have also been charged multiple times for "no showing" classes that I attended - so if you are a member, check your bank account frequently. This will be remedied if you can prove attendance via them checking the cameras. A note to all members: you must have an "extreme illness" in order to not be charged for a late cancellation. I can understand charging if I had cancelled a few hours before - but 11 hours and 38 minutes prior to the class - for something out of my control - is absurd. No empathy for their members who pay almost $300/month.

They did their best to make sure everyone felt comfortable and they also slowed down movements so that new students could learn. The studio is very clean and well kept, even the HITT room is clean. The pilates machines seem new or extremely well kept. There is a little cubby inside the room where you can put your stuff and feel secure. Socks are a must on the pilates machines and I really appreciate that. Its super relaxing in the pilates room because the lights are low and there are accent lights on the wall. The room is on the cooler side but that's fine because once you start moving you don't even notice. The only thing I will say is that parking is a little hard there at peak times.
