I suggest backing into the parking spot because it would be easier to get out after class. (I personally didn't this time - but next time I will) Walking into the studio, the kick-ass vibe was immediately felt. I was greeted with a warm welcome, brief outline of what to expect, where stuff is and how everything runs. The atmosphere was pretty cool... blue neon lighting, flashing lights, music thumping and positive attitudes from everyone! The class was represented accurately. Simple dance moves with high energy cardio. Once you start forgetting about how the steps are done and get into the beats of the music, the dancing becomes second-hand movements. Clearly, a timely response to paying customers by management is an issue judging by all these reviews....... ***I'm now being hounded to pay a $25 fee from last April, or the bill will be sent to collections. The manager Josh was extremely rude and not helpful. Avoid this place at all costs, you seem to get treated like trash if you don't fit their mold. Why am I being hounded for a fee that you've waived for other members? I was told to give my card information over the phone so they can charge me, and got nothing but sass and attitude from the manager. Extremely poor customer service seems to be the go to here.

Another plus, everything is CLEAN. I used to be a member of another gym that was rarely cleaned and their machines were subpar. Their locker/shower areas are decorated with modern tiles, and televisions look back at you behind the mirrors over the sinks. There are saunas and steam rooms as well. Like many gyms, you get a few complimentary training sessions a year. Vale restaurant has a small section when you walk in as well. I am quite pleased I joined Premier.

To summarize, I canceled my membership when their location randomly decided to close a few short months after opening. The manager that was "handling it" did not unbeknownst to me. So I was confused when I kept receiving charges from Youfit. I blocked the payments, called an open location and spoke to a manager you said "they would handle" after making me jump through hoops to do so. YET AGAIN, a year later I am in the same position but with threats from a law office. I called again and after 3 weeks of communication and being told "it would be handled" what was the result: "You have to pay the fee or it's gonna effect your credit score starting tomorrow." Almost, like despite my calls and messages for the few weeks leading up to that conversation I was suppose to receive a call back and each time I called the manager was "busy." Only to be able to speak with me the day before it starts effecting my credit, like forcing my hand to make a payment on an account that was suppose to be closed but was not. Update (9.19.24) So after going back and forth with their team for a little over a year about their manager not canceling my member ship as requested (followed all the instructions he gave me) at their location that closed down on West Pensacola St. I have been informed that they can't do anything since it was sent to collections and because the incident happened to long ago. REALLY!!!! The reason this even started is because your manager at the location I canceled my membership at "dropped the ball," their own managers words when I first called to complain. I was expecting since it was on their end that it would be an easy fix, but I was unfortunately incorrect. I had to supply proof of my cancelation email, among other details. I recently took personal training sessions for a few months with Alex, one of the Youfit trainers. He is knowledgeable and professional. Alex helped me to learn what areas of training that I need to focus on based on my individual goals. I now use a lot of what he taught me in my personal routine.
