Before ending the year, I had to try out Drip Drop Fitness. And I'm GLAD I did! Easy online booking of a class. I booked a 10am, 60-minute Dance Cardio Class. Driving to the studio, I started to feel butterflies in my gut because I wasn't sure I was going to catch onto the moves fast enough. But I wasn't going to let those butterflies get to me. I let my guard down and wanted to try something new!! Pulling into the parking lot, I liked how there was private parking in the front of the studio. I suggest backing into the parking spot because it would be easier to get out after class. (I personally didn't this time - but next time I will) Walking into the studio, the kick-ass vibe was immediately felt. I was greeted with a warm welcome, brief outline of what to expect, where stuff is and how everything runs. The atmosphere was pretty cool... blue neon lighting, flashing lights, music thumping and positive attitudes from everyone! The class was represented accurately. Simple dance moves with high energy cardio. Once you start forgetting about how the steps are done and get into the beats of the music, the dancing becomes second-hand movements. My motto was to have fun! And that is exactly what I did. I loved it! I recommend Drip Drop Fitness Studio because it is fun and something new! Bye Bye 2018, H-E-L-L-O 2019! read more

I was invited by a classmate to join them in a class. I am someone who loves to hit the gym hard but lately it has been very boring so I thought this would be a nice change. When I arrived I was greeted by a very kind and smiling face who made me feel welcomed from the start. I tool the "Happy hour" class and was so happy during it that I knew I had found a place to shake up my workouts. I had so much fun exercising that I did not notice how appropriately difficult it was. I was sore in different muscle groups that I'm gessing I don't usually target on my own. The prices right now are amazing. Unlike other places where costs are not student friendly, I would recommend checking it out if youre looking to have healthy fun. read more

Drip Drop Fitness is a lot of fun! I love that Summer is a fellow Nole and did not shy away from her vision. The classes are high energy and the instructors are loads of fun. I am a FitBit fanatic and rack up dozens of steps during a class and also burn a decent amount of calories. The studio is great, cool lighting and awesome music. I was in Tallahassee for work and dropped into a morning class with Leah. I'm so glad I did because it was so much fun and the perfect amount of cardio mixed with weights and resistance bands. It was also so much fun to start the day laughing at how uncoordinated I was but I didn't feel embarrassed at all! Great atmosphere of fun, support, and ambiance. Because I was traveling for work and didn't bring sneakers, they let me do it in my bare feet. I actually hope I need to come back for work so I can drop in again! I learned about drip drop when they came to campus with pink for a free class, and I finally got to try it out last night. I was not disappointed! It was such a fun, exhilarating class. Mark did an amazing job at making sure you left the class with a great work out in. I just wish my shoes were less slippery for the floor stuff, but other than that I will definitely be back! read more

This place has started to become a second home for me. Yes I said home in reference to a fitness center. This place is so fun and so inviting. 60 min dance classes??? It doesn't even feel like you're working out. It's also encouraging, boost and pop Pilates kill me every time, but the instructors are always rooting me, so no, I'm not going to drop my arms during arm workouts. Drip Drop Fitness is such a fun experience! I started dancing with Drip Drop Fitness in September 2018, I wanted to do something fun with my best friend and I wanted to become more confident in my dancing! The environment was so welcoming and I really did grow in my self-confidence throughout the years dancing at the studio. I also really enjoyed their other classes: Pop Pilates and Boost. All of the classes made working out so fun. I felt like I became great friends with the instructors and joined a positive community. I have now moved out of Tallahassee, but I was able to live stream during COVID-19 and it really was a gift to feel like I was dancing in the studio again. I'm excited to see how this studio grows, Summer is always coming up with ingenious plans to make this already amazing studio even more incredible. You guys really left an impact on me! read more

My friends brought me here during their one-year anniversary special ($1 for a class) and I was so hesitant because I'm out of shape and not super coordinated. I was worried I'd be silently judged or that I wouldn't be able to catch up. But this was SO. MUCH. FUN! It was a cardio workout that combined abs, legs, etc., but the songs are all fun pop/dance songs and the moves make it so you don't feel like you're doing much work until you're out of breath and sweating! The instructors are nice and caring, and no one judges! Everyone is supportive! I will be going back after finals! :) read more
