They told me it wouldn't be a problem, although it might take a few hours to get done. When I arrived, I didn't have a ride home, so I planned on waiting. The staff was professional from start to finish and kept me updated throughout the process, which I really appreciated. The waiting area was comfortable, with a nice place to sit, watch TV, and even get some work done on my laptop while I waited. The time went by much easier than expected. Most importantly, they did a great job with the alignment. It's not always easy finding a shop that's willing and able to work on vehicles with aftermarket modifications, so it was refreshing to deal with a team that knew what they were doing and didn't make it a hassle. Overall, a great experience with friendly, professional people who communicate well and take care of their customers. Not only were the staff super friendly and helpful, but they did an absolutely amazing job. His rims look brand new. You'd never know they once looked like "who-did-it-and-ran" (the "who" being us). I needed someone to take a looksee and make sure everything was in order and it was ready to take my new rider abuse. My little Honda Rebel needed tires and a couple of small things and I was on my way. They were able to pick it up too for $50 which was great since I was still sketchy that is was safe to ride since it was not idling properly. John called to discuss things along the way and make sure all was ok with price. Bike is running great (around the neighborhood so far) lol.
