We would wake up every two hours to vacuum the water up with a steam cleaner, when they decided to help they sent someone over that handed us a pump to attempt to pump the water out. The problem was that the pump wouldn't work unless we allowed at least an inch of water to flood the entire room. When the flooding stopped they had the carpet cleaned once. We had the carpet cleaned multiple times per incident to keep the mildew smell down. They did little to nothing to assist. This is something that I would expect from some slum lords but not a company renting a house for almost $3,000 per month. They're the worst property management company I've dealt with.
