I belong to a bike riding group and the organizer recommended Forza to me. My Giant mountain bike "roam 2" bike post won't stay up and drops when I ride. I called the shop and discussed the issue. The gentleman said I could bring the bike in immediately. When I arrived I was greeted promptly. The repair shop is right behind the front desk and there were several techs working on different bikes. My bike has a "d" clamp which apparently is only used by Giant bikes. . Luckily I have another bike at home. The young gentleman was looking for options for me and suggested my purchase date to see if it would apply under warranty. I obtained my receipt from another store where the bike was purchased and gave them the receipt. The entire process has been painless. The staff is very professional. I haven't been given a time frame as to when the bike post will be repaired but understanding the shortages out there it may take a while. The retail part of the store itself appeared packed and disheveled and that is why the 4 stars. I wanted to look around while I was there but it was difficult to get to the aisles. read more

I found the staff extremely helpful. I had purchased a handle bar extension via Instagram that when installed would not secure my front wheel. So, I took my bicycle, et al to the shop. They, too, could not secure the wheel; therefore, I had to purchase one from the shop and have them install it. The bicycle (a Giant Iguana) rode like a charm. A few days later, on a Sunday, my bicycle ran over a lot glass; thereby causing the tires to lose air. I just made it home. The tires were beyond repair. The next to took the bike to the shop. I had to purchase new tires and have them installed. Again, the employees did a great job. They were very professional. I even recommend the shop to my neighbor. read more

Had a simple repair for a fair price. When I went to have follow repairs the mechanic that provided estimate was extremely unprofessional, went in to a rant that I had ruined my bike and was only worth $50-100 but wanted me to spend an additional $290 in more repairs and even then it would need more repairs. What kind of idiot try's to up sell after he insults my intelligence instead of politely trying to explain that I should save my money and maybe sell me a new bike. I don't blame the owners but the management should keep idiots away from customers. read more

Oscar from Alex's bike shop was wonderful! Patient and listened to my needs. I had about 100 questions! Oscar was very happy to answer all of them. About 45 mins later we left with a 16inc LIV girls bike perfect for my daughter. They custom fit the bike to her size along with my request to take off the training wheels. Oscar informed me if I want the training wheels back on to just bring it in anytime for no charge. read more

Went in today because I was having a hard time inflating my mountain bike tires at home like I usually do. I was immediately greeted and helped by a polite guy who inflated my tires and showed me the correct way to use a tire pump. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced and if there was a negative start they would get 5 of them. This establishment had my bike for over a week to change tires, shifting cable, and install a seat. On day 6 I called to see if it was completed and to my surprise they didn't even look at it. You would think that after 6 days they can install a tire which takes a whole 15 minutes to accomplish. All I got was excuses however, they have no problem taking a bike from a walk-in and fixing it promptly. I'll never visit this establishment again and I'll let my fellow bikers know to take there business elsewhere. Thanks for wasting a week of my time away from something I really like to do and that's riding my bike! read more

I had a terrible experience there. My fiance and I entered CF and no one acknowledged us. We were the only customers, so there was no excuse. Everyone seemed so preoccupied in what they were doing that they failed to greet us. We stood in front of the counter for over 5 seconds and had to ask for help before someone acknowledged us. We asked him if we could simply get someone to assist us in figuring out which type of bike is best for our lifestyle and he proceeded to tell us that all of the entry bikes were gone and the cheapest bike was $3,000. They were not only dismissive of our presence in their store, but they assumed that we could not afford their bikes. We watched another customer walk in the store to be greeted with smiles and excitement after he took a few steps in the store. With the current racial climate of this country it is difficult for us to believe that there was no racial component to their lack of service and assumption of our financial status. Needless to say, we will be going elsewhere to purchase our bikes. If we wanted cheaper bikes we would not have frequented their store. We will not be going back. read more

Very well stocked. With bike stuff you didn't know you needed, and want when you see it. Service is what we needed. They were so kind to try and solve the bearing issue on my husband's walker. We walked out with the size bearing we need and the name of where we can get it made. They didn't have it, nor did their vendors. They didn't charge, even tho I wanted to pay for their time. "We don't like to charge when we don't solve it". With that attention to detail, I expect they are excellent with bicycle service. read more

What a great selection of bikes, but more importantly the staff here really know their stuff. My wife and I are very satisfied with the bikes we bought here a few weeks ago. The staff sold us exactly what we needed (we haven't bought bikes in over 30 years and had no idea what type of bike would be best for us). I bought a fitness hybrid that I really like and my wife got a cruiser. We also bought a bunch of accessories such as a helmet, odometer, etc. The staff never tried to upsell us on anything; they just sold us what we needed and wanted. Went into Alex's on a whim for advice on adjusting my handlebars. Not only did they tell me the options, they performed the service immediately. He flipped my handlebar post, raised the height of the handlebars, and I was back on the road in no time. And best part is... they didn't even charge me. It was not a major service by any means, but it was more important for them to create a loyal customer than to take the quick few bucks. I would not even give them a star I had to, to write this. Dropped bike off on Tuesday; called Wednesday they didn't look at it, showed up Thursday when they opened, nobody looked at it.
