Is this the best kept secret in the Lake George area? Siblings/siblings in law booked a private session with Bob after seeing the reviews on another site. One sister bailed so there were five of us. After he set each of us up on our bikes, we did a "warm up" on the TRX that quickly had us all in a full sweat. Then onto the bikes. A projector screen came down and we biked through a town in France while Bob kept us going with a range of pace, resistance and positions that created challenging intervals set to a fun and varied playlist. All the while he was enthusiastic and encouraged us in a positive, not shouty way and made sure we were all comfortable on our bikes. Highly recommend! read more

The class features Virtual Cycling, where the instructor facilitates a ride to match the topography and tempo of the ride being shown with High Definition visuals. Meet the Business Owner: Bob Olden M.

The combination of TRX and Virtual Spin was designed to give participants a good blend of resistance & cardio training in a one hour class. The ideal of combining the two originated when Bob wanted to share his passion of TRX/Spin with others. Adding the visual component to the spin just made it more fun! Bob is a former Elite Amateur Mountain Bike Racer, Ultra Marathon Winner, and past Hillclimbing Specialist. Now offering Kickboxing, Bootcamps and Yoga Classes.

The Safari was good but the workers kept driving the animals away. The enclosures were... SMALL to say the least. The poor monkeys, no enrichment, small enclosures, the one had a wound on its tail. It took us probably 25 mins to get through the walking part. The little pigs had no water and when I asked the lady, she said they probably drank it all from this morning, well then give them more. Very disappointed.
