The body awareness I have gained is unbelievable. Erika is a master at working with individuals at all levels. I have a very scientific mind and appreciate working with someone who truly understands what she is doing and is able to explain in great detail how and why we are working the way we do. I now understand how I am supposed to move and I am able to approach any exercise in a methodical manner. This enables me to get so much more out of any activity. the one and only place i have been or will go to for pilates. all the instructors are amazing in…read moretheir own way. you will quickly know who is your favorite depending on how you prefer class to go. most group classes are full (8 people) but still feels personal and most instructors will assist in form in a very kind and helpful way. all the other attendees are always respectful and consist of all ages/genders. their booking app is very easy to use and payment via card/venmo is extremely easy. always feel it afterwards in the best way!! thanks nahar and everyone else for a great experience.
