But they put their own tubes in at no charge since they didn't spot it beforehand! OMG! I mentioned I needed a tire pressure gauge because my car's TPMS light was on. The owner, Dan, was super friendly and informative for first timers! We rented two boards and our girls ages 5 and 7 sat on the front of the boards. This location takes COVID prevention very seriously I saw throughout my time in the store. This location is bright and cheerful compared to the new location near me. Shelves were pretty full considering it was right after Christmas. I didn't wander into the firearms as those shelves might have been more barren with the way all are hoarding guns and ammo. I did spend some time looking over the fishing area to see what's new and the boating area. I didn't see any collegiate fan items I needed (my Texas Aggies are not featured here for some reason). I was able to get a plug in the tire to get me to Biloxi, but frankly I didn't really trust the tire anymore, and wanted to get it replaced. I had called around locations in Pensacola earlier that day, but none of the stores in that area had a tire or space to do a tire replacement for me, so I nervously made my way to Biloxi, where I found South MS Powersports. They had the tire and the time to get me back on the road safely and confidently. The store is a decent size and they have a solid selection of bikes for sale. All of the personnel were nice, asking if I had been helped and making sure I was comfortable while I waited. The tire replacement itself took less than an hour to complete, which I consider to be fast since the Goldwing is not an easy bike to work on in terms of the rear wheel. There is a lot of stuff in the way of that wheel. The price for getting the tire changed out was also reasonable, and I was on my way in no time. Thank you South MS Powersports for helping a rider out! You guys saved my butt!

service department is the worst. bought a used bike- clutch went out- bike was under manufacturer…read morewarranty so brought bike in and service department said replaced clutch . 2 weeks later clutch goes out- called service department and took bike back service dept says it was customer misuse - bought clutch kit myself and replaced and it was obvious all this place did is change fluid. new clutch hasn't had issue since. now took in rear wheel to replace rubber get it back missing spacer call service dept says they don't see it anywhere- but the parts dept walks back to shop and finds it immediately. their service department people are rude and unreliable. Kudos to the parts dept because they rock and the worker was going to order and pay for the wheel spacer himself. so if you buy a bike there DONT use service department
