My husband and I will always stop at any Harley-Davidson that is convenient and is easily accessible from the highway. I won't drive in circles and I don't like going back the way I came to visit a shop. Especially on a road trip. So if a shop ticks all the convenience factors, we're gonna go in. Hubs likes the graphic tees and I get the poker chips. I'm up to 40 (ish) . This shop is about 1.5 blocks from I-10. And wasn't terrible. I got my poker chip and headed off to Florida. read more

Walt L, I tried calling and discussing the matter with leadership at Mississippi Harley to no avail. I also had the maintenance team in San Diego contact Mississippi Coast Harley. I have a handful of unprofessional responses to San Diego's emails denying responsibility and making counter accusations. I didn't even ask for a refund which I could have. I'm now being slandered by someone named Booger right here on Yelp. I'm probably going to report this to the BBB because I had to pay for the repairs out of pocket. The parts were installed wrong. Period. That is why I now have damage to my brand new pipes. I'm just grateful that the dealership in San Diego saw all this and gave me their employee discount. read more

I truly regret ever bringing my bike here for service. I brought it in to have the water pump replaced, a common point of failure on the Rushmore models. Several days the later, the woman from service called and told me it wasn't the water pump, but a coolant temp sensor and it was on backorder fro 2 months out. I told her the temp sensor had nothing to do with the water pump not coming on when a diagnostic check was run. She was quite rude and told me how her highly trained techs knew more than me and I was free to argue with them. I let it go and told her I would see what I could do to find the sensor. I made 2 phone calls to other dealers and had a sensor on the way. They made zero effort to track down my part. Once it arrived I took it to them to be installed, only to have them call me a couple days later and tell me that it did not fix the issue. As it turns out I did need a water pump just as I had asked them to do in the first place. I did say a word, just told them I would come in next week to get my bike. 2 days before my scheduled pick up day the rude service woman Mandy again called and told me her highly trained tech checked my brake fluid. It had water in it and needed to be flushed. I was hesitant to let them do anything else, but I work 48-60 hours a week, 12hr days and knew it would be some time before I could get to it. Eager to ride I told her to go ahead and have it done, the only caveat being it HAD to be done for me to pick up on Friday. Lo and behold Friday morning comes and she calls to tell me my bike is not done. I told her I was more than a little pissed off over the whole ordeal and asked her how long it was going to take her highly trained tech to finish flushing my brake system. She told me she could not give a time estimate and I could hear the tech standing next to her. He was equally as rude and voiced how he had spent "all goddamned day" working on my bike and couldn't get the system flushed. All day for a highly trained tech to do a 1hr brake system flush? Seriously? I wish I would have done some additional research on MS Coast Harley and would have found all the poor reviews here. There was a reason I went to Chunky River to buy my bike. That reason being Coast HD was 2-3k higher in price than all of there near competitors. I now know their service and customer service both suck and I will never darken their doorstep again. Updated 2/20/2021 - I picked up my bike today and was told they had to replace the front master cylinder to correct what they did trying to flush the system. Brakes worked excellent when I dropped it off. I got on my bike and pulled the front brake lever all the way back to the grip. I looked at the mechanic and said what the hell? His response? Just pump it up a bunch, it will get better with time. This proves they are complete and utter morons. I have an appointment with Mobile Bay this week to undo all they have done. Steer way clear of this place as your life may very well depend on it. read more

We were the only customers in the store this morning. We woke to a dead battery on our Ultra Limited while visiting biloxi overnight from New Orleans. Had to Uber to HD. Arrived was greeted from afar and told the parts lady would be right with us. A bit later a lady came to the make shift service counter and asked what we needed, my husband replied a touring battery, she replied "don't think we got them in". She returned with the battery. My husband asked about purchasing a multi tool, she went to ask if they had any and came back with a no. The gentlemen standing beside her asked my husband if he carried a tool set on the bike, well way to insult a customer. The associate advised my husband that oRiellys auto parts prob had the screw driver a T40 bit. So, he walked to Oriellys. While he was gone another lady came to the counter with a multi tool in her hand and proceeded to ask of this is what he was looking for. At this point enough was enough, words were exchanges regarding communication and customer service. My husband called and said Oriellys had the tools and the battery, so we departed HD Gulfport without purchase and with confirmation that we will not be a return customer. I would recommend anyone who needs Harley head to Slidell, will be worth you time, there team is eager to assist, the dealership is emasculate and you will immediately feel like a part of the HD family. read more

Last year I took a break from my life and went on a road trip. Ended up the east coast and then back. In each state I went to a Harley Davison dealership and bought a T-Shirt and a chip. In Mississippi I went to the Biloxi shop and they were closed, they take Monday's off. Have been meaning to call them and have a Shirt sent to me but I thought I would wait a while because I have one of everything that they had out last summer. so thought I'd wait a while till some new shirts came out. So I finally called. I was routed to Nicole, one of the clothing managers. She was great she understood the criteria for the shirt and she sent me pictures of a couple. I had told her no black and somehow related to women. She told me she knew I said no black but she wanted to show their newest shirt. She was right on the money, it was perfect. She mailed it to me, got to me five days later. When I opened the box there was a receipt in it so I was looking at the receipt and they had charged me $34.32. I looked at the box and the package said it weighed 6 pounds. I knew it wasn't 6 pounds. My dog is 6 pounds. I know 6 pounds. So I talk to the post office and they weighed it for me, and it weighed 13 ounces. She looked on the computer, and told me that it cost $6.95 them to ship it to me. I called them and asked to speak to Nicole again. She told me there was nothing she could do that they don't handle the shipping and they have to charge whatever that shipping department says. Okay, but $27.00 more? That's a bit extreme. I was really disappointed in them. I don't give them one star because Nicole had taken good care of me when I placed the order. read more

Be prepared to be pressured into a sell. The staff is overly friendly, but when it comes to them standing behind their word be prepared to keep after them. My husband traded a Tri-glide that they said needed many expensive repairs on a Road Glide that He does not feel safe riding. He called only 4 days after the trade to see if he could trade back and guess what!!!! THE Tri-glide that had so many expensive repairs that they didn't have parts in stock for was sold. Problem 2 the tore pack that they are supposed to send has not yet been sent!!!! OVER A MONTH!!!! We travel in a motor coach and they were supposed to send it to the son in Alabama while we were there. When my husband called he was told " All the parts are here we will get it sent right out." We are getting ready to head out toward Pennsylvania and GUESS WHAT they still have not sent it. The excuse is UPS won't package it. HUMM???? This has been paid for and promised to us. So if you are looking for an overly friendly staff that promises anything to get a sell then this is the place you are looking for. If you like having to keep checking up on promised items than this is for you. If you like being told that your bike needs expensive repairs and you should consider buying a new bike Instead of getting it fixed than this is your dealership. read more

I could not believe the number of employees standing around nor the number of customers standing in line for the parts & service desk, staffed by one individual trying to deal with all work orders, parts requests and phone calls related to parts/service. It was painful to experience , to make it more befuddling, as a new customer, we're the number of existing customers talking about how this is the norm at this location. Apparently on parts person was on vacation but no one crossed trained to assist. While my bike was there I called to get an update but the sales person who picked up the call put me on hold never to return, I called back only to be told I absolutely had to speak to the service representative (the aforementioned person trying to juggle everything alone). I find it hard to understand why one of the half dozen employees doing nothing couldn't get a quick update from the technician. It is no wonder HD costs so much if this is how the dealerships are managed. I will say the technician did a good job and the service writer maintained a professional and courteous attitude despite his obvious overload. However, it was disappointing when I called the next day and he claimed I hadn't explained the problem, when I'd waited in line a very long time to talk to him, he'd taken it all down, wrote the work order, had me sign it and then told me to go unload the bike. Did he not understand or just too overwhelmed to keep it all straight? He was a really nice guy but I would never spend money on a bike at this shop because I wouldn't expect responsive service in exchange for my business. read more

If you're not from the area and need parts, forget it. We had 50 LEO motorcycles training on the coast and we needed all the kickstand springs we could get. They let us buy 5 but refused to sell us the other 2. Since when does a business refuse to sell a product. The business refused to sell us parts they had because "we need to keep some for our regular customers." Said it would take them a week to get more springs in. They refused a paying customer. Plain and simple. I will never step foot in this store again. I don't understand the logic of selling a product wether it's to two LEOs in the store or some other individual. If you have a product for sell, sell it. I'll be sure to contact corporate Harley-Davidson as well. read more

Last week I was on a road trip, passing through from Nashville, and my '97 Fat Boy had begun leaking small amounts of oil out of the air cleaner. I'd only recently bought the bike and this was my first long trip with it, so I was getting concerned about running into a problem while far from home and thought I should bring it in to make sure there wasn't an issue. Was totally prepared for the attitude some HD dealerships give, but I was greeted by a friendly employee that had me pull around back where 3 (!) service guys looked at it. A mechanic explained it was blow-by, and it can happen when the bike sits or changes temperature, and that the oil level looked good so I was okay. Also made sure I knew to check the oil level while the bike is upright and not leaning on the stand. They were totally cool, respectful and gave me piece of mind on the rest of my 1600 mile trip. I'd have bought a shirt with their store name on it if they had any. I know it was a quick experience, but for me it was a good one and one I appreciated. read more

Went to see what the new owners and management had in store for the store. Was met with multiple used bikes out in front of the store and when I walked in was met and greeted by the staff. I was quite impressed with the new changes coming for the store. Have not been back to the store in years due to poor service and attitudes of associates. My husband is a Harley rider for 20+ years and we have traveled the country collecting Harley shirts from everywhere we go. We came to this location excited and friendly and ready to spend money. We walked in and there was at least 6 employees that made eye contact with us. We said hello and were completely ignored to the point where I debated whether or not they were all deaf and blind. This was our first time in Mississippi and my mind jumped to the possibility that maybe we were being treated this way because my husband is Native American but after reading other reviews, it's clear the staff wasn't trained to handle customer interactions. We decided not to purchase anything here because of how horribly we were treated. I hope the owner sees this and reevaluates the people he has hired to represent his establishment. read more

I took my 2011 Road Glide to this dealership for a minor rattling sound that was coming from the bike. I left with a blown engine. I took my bike in on June 24,2015 for a simple rattling sound that probably just needed something tighten on the engine. They stated that the compensator need replacing, I gave the ok to make the repairs. I get there July 4, 2015 to pick up the bike. Paid for the work and off I go only the bring it back a minute later with the same sound and a leak coming from the primary. ( This means that the same gasket was used) Next the lead service tells me my push rods might need adjusting. I said ok if this is the problem, by now I getting very aggravated because I'm getting the feeling that they don't know what they are doing. On July 15, 2015 I get there to pick my bike up and the head mechanic stated that my push rods were in there backward and he manage to remove and replace with some push rods from his stash. Then he recommend that I used 50 weight oil, this might quiet the engine the rattling down. I agree and wait for this action. I get the bike off again on my way. This time I make it to the freeway and blow my engine. I call the service department to tell them that my engine is blown and that we need to come to some kind of agreement to get my bike back up and running. I could get a answer from the air head girl Stephanie and next continue to call for the next to days, only to be push around and lied to. I receive a Call from Lorie the (Business manager) and she told me that she and the owner have talk to the mechanic and I quote as she stated to me Ron (owner) said that they don't tat the equipment to work on high performance engines and that they can no longer help me or pay for my blown engine. Now If they would have stated this in the beginning I wouldn't have trusted my investment with them, but they were trying to make a quick dollar. After three trip and a confrontational sales manager and rude service techs. I realize that this dealership has a nasty attitude toward minority and ethnic groups of people. first they would not work on my sportster . its a 97. onphone said we dont work on junk. traveled from ga.. got to ms. gulfport. found some scews that hold the sissy bar to brackets had vibrated loose. this is an hd sissy bar and brackets. for 4 months tried to get new screws ( 8mm ). kept these hold the brackets to the bike. getting 5/16 thread. told me these are the ones. sorry ass knowledge. The worst shop I've ever been too! They are only helpful if you want to buy a new bike. My dad gave me a bike which is very sentimental to me. The speedometer/odometer stops working. They sell me a new one, $250. It doesn't work either. They order a new speed sensor, tells me it's off nearly a half mile. Never call me to give me an update on my bike. I call & they tell me they can't look at it because there are bikes in town. So I'm put to the back of their priority list. Then, they don't think they can fix the odometer because it's an electrical issue. I thought Harley would be a subject matter expert about Harley's. Then, they tell me the only way to fix my bike it to junk it & buy another! Even the Harley salesmen don't have faith in their own products. Next, they sell me 2 left mirrors... I try to return them & the cashier only wanted to give me a in store credit. No thank you! I literally never want to return to your store. When I was checking out another member buying merchandise asked for a military discount, they actually had the nerve to tell this young man a military discount devalues their products! read more
