Our roof is so clean that the original lighter color is showing again, and all of the black gunk is completely gone. The concrete looks brand new, and they even cleaned an exterior wall that wasn't included in the original quote. Kris, his brother, and his nephew were amazing to work with. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly hardworking. They clearly take pride in their work and went above and beyond. I met with Chris (the owner) and he was great throughout the process. He's doing a lot of work in Folsom because the moss is going crazy here for some reason. His team came out and started with the roof... and oh my gosh... the amount of stuff that came off our roof was stunning, like maybe two ten gallon buckets of moss and crud (first time cleaning in 30 years). They cleaned the solar panels, then proceeded to power wash the entire house, and all the concrete front, back and side yards. Everything is cleaner now, and worth the expense. I checked with other companies too, but Cali offered the all-in-one bundle that left the roof, screens, walls, and concrete looking great.

Dan and his team came out to clean the bird poop off my roof/solar panels and install bird-proofing guards and bird spikes. And when I say there was a lot.. I mean the birds had apparently been treating my roof like an all inclusive resort. They cleaned everything up and bird-proofed, so hopefully the birds have officially received their eviction notice and will be taking their business elsewhere.
