I responded to the estimate advising I had expected a person to show up. Then I received a snotty email saying they weren't coming or going to handle my job. Horrible customer service. read more

I requested a quote from another vendor but luckily Cyclone Eco Power Wash contacted me. George was the only person to respond with setting up meeting so I could share what I wanted exactly done. Others used Google Maps or stopped by without me being there. George was on time and very pleasant. I showed him what I needed and he had a estimate to me by noon. The next day Calvin showed up again on time. He pressure washed the front and back of the store that we are renting out. They shop has been empty for well over a year and there was algae. George came out to the backside at Cal Expo and cleaned out my trainers barn and tack room while our horses were still in Minnesota. I bet he took 15-20 years worth of dirt and grime off of our barn. It looks super! When my trainer got back with the first load of horses he and his wife raved about how clean the barn is and after that long trip they really only needed to unload the horses and unpack their gear. Our barn was cleaned with bleach and it's all nice and disinfected so both human and equine will be breathing quality air this race meet. I had Eco Clean out to clean both my carpets and steam clean my tile. My carpets look absolutely beautiful. After the tile was cleaned there was a white residue coming up on the floor and I spent quite a bit of time trying to remove it. I called the company and had a little trouble with getting someone out here to look at it and clean it up. The owner was on it right away and made sure to tell me that he would stand behind his work and take care of the issue. But after getting sick and having to postpone a couple of appointments, they were out here today and did an excellent job of recleaning all of my tile floors. They look fantastic! They stand behind their work and product and did everything to make sure I was pleased with their job. Great job and I would definitely use them again.
