The job (by one person) took about four hours, non-stop. He did a great job, and did as much cleanup as was possible (washed parts of the house that had gotten dirty, such as soffits, windows, walls). He even asked our next door neighbors for permission to clean up a bit that went over there (homes here are very close together). In the areas that I and my husband were able to look at, it looks almost like a new roof. As you can see from the before / after photos, there are a few stains remaining, but all living garbage (moss, lichen, and whatever else was growing up there) is completely gone. They were highly recommended by our roofer, so I didn't get any other quotes. I can't say whether the price was high, low, or average. At roughly 75 cents per square foot, the cost was certainly more than I was expecting. (The type of roof, as well as its pitch, probably also factors in to the pricing.) So 5* for the job as accomplished, with the caveat that the price seemed high. But then again, what doesn't these days? read more

We had never cleaned our roof in the 31 years we have owned this house. Prior to installing new skylights, pressure washing was a requirement and Pinnacle was recommended by our roofer. Honestly, we have nothing to complain. Mike was the man, he is decent, gentle, and takes his time. He was able to do the job, and leave with a clean roof. Most importantly, he didn't leave our neighbors yard looking like a mud pile, he cleaned up everything. He wasn't rushing to finish to get to another job. he took his time to do it properly. He has all the gears neatly in his truck, he works with dirt and muds but his truck is so clean. We had Pinnacle clean our roof and gutters since 2020 and also had the roof sprayed for moss with a chemical that is supposed to last 10 years. The first couple years they did a great job but I did notice that when they cleaned the gutters the guy threw all the crap on my lawn. Last year we had the same guy come out again to clean the gutters and I asked him if he could throw all the debris in my waste container. He said that that's not what they do and that it's too far for him to do that even though he has to walk by the container on his way out of the yard. I called the owner Chris and told him about this and he said practically the same thing. I was totally surprised by this but I let it go. Fast forward to this year and my wife called them up to get a quote to clean our solar panels in addition to our annual gutter cleaning. She tried calling several times over a few weeks and would always get an answering service that took her message down but would never receive a callback from anyone. Finally we had enough and went with Sierra Vista Maintenance who cleaned the gutters at our old house. They responded right away and scheduled someone to come out within a week. The guy that came out noticed that we had moss growing again on our roof even though Pinnacle told us that their treatment would last 10 years. Turns out they acquired this company and have the same high ratings as the company they purchased. The price was reasonable compared to the other quotes I got and I even added a house wash. Phenomenal service! I contacted Pinnacle and was called back by the owner Kris who came by and checked out my property. I was interested in a roof and gutter cleaning, as well as possibly having my driveway and walkway pressure washed. I had a quote emailed to me by that evening. The two gentlemen that showed up to complete the work were on time and perfect professionals. They walked me through the process and got to work. My roof looks brand new, which is saying a lot. I had greenish-black moss covering most of it. They cleaned my gutters and checked the flow as well, even going as far as to remove a portion of gutter to bring it down and unclog it! We live under a huge oak tree, so I'm sure there were quite a few clogs and obstructions. Afterwards, they sprayed down my home and property and cleaned any mess they had created during the process. Update1: Added 2stars to review. Chris, salesmen, called me back and sent Jessie out to rinse/scrub the extra solution off of the gutters. It looks much better. I think the root cause was sending one tech the when the job was initially done. It's impossible for one person to apply and rinse solution before it dries. Pro tip: make sure 2 techs do the job. Pinnacle Pressure Washing provided a quote for cleaning moss on roof. When they got here, they said they could not do the job because the roof was too steep. Chris called back and offered to software the roof instead. Habib came out last week to soft wash roof and clean gutters. He was very courteous and nice. He worked hard and did a good job getting the moss off of the roof. Unfortunately he did not rinse the home well enough. As he was packing up I had to ask him to rinse bleaching chemical off the back windows and gutters. A few days later I noticed bleach drip marks on the gutters. I called the company and Habib called back and said he could add more bleach to lighten up the gutters to match the drip color. I declined his "fix" as I have lost trust that he will rinse the new bleach well enough and not ruin other parts of the exterior. I'm so glad we moved patio furniture away from the home! read more
