Not only does the staff help with my indecisions, but they are also knowledgeable about all-things car seats, pumping, breastfeeding and more! It feels like a full-service experience and I am so glad they offer so many services and support in my city; I don't ever have to go elsewhere. Easy parking in the street or in their lot in the back. More importantly, their website said the stroller I wanted was in stock and available in 4 hours for pickup, but when I got there it wasn't available for purchase and it had to be ordered. When I brought it up to the cashier, he said it was because they have it in store their inventory but not at the store? Huh?? After doing more digging I saw there was a "Terms and conditions" asterisk in fine print you have to click on to find out this information. All I saw was the green check mark that says "In stock and ready for pick up in 4 hours." Any other place I have ever been to- this would mean it would be in stock at the store. When I brought up, calmly, that this was confusing and they should fix it because I drove two hours to get to the store. The cashier said nothing. Not a "Aw geez, I'm sorry. I can understand your frustration and why that's confusing." I'm a reasonable person. I've worked in customer service all my life. The demeanor of the cashier alone has put me off from ever visiting this store again or recommending it. We went to Uppababy a few blocks down and they were SOOO kind that it completely made my day. All I needed was some kindness. To the owners of the Pump Station- the people using your website are most likely VERY tired moms. I personally am getting 3-4 hours of sleep a day. Tired moms need clear signage if something is in stock or not. Time is precious in this season of life. We also need KINDNESS. My body is broken and recovering from giving birth. I am exhausted! I would expect a place who sells baby items to understand this. Overall, would never recommend this place and will tell everyone I know that it was an awful experience.

Dr Ross, and staff, remained committed to helping care for our daughter throughout the entire year they provided us with exceptional, hands-on care, and were always willing to help with ideas for preventing the ongoing issue moving forward. I feel the doctors and staff had concern for our daughters health, but also, her mental state too. There was not a single visit where our daughter left unhappy - or scared. That to me is priceless. The entire team is very hands on and friendly/family like. They really took the time to hear out our concerns, and spoke with us with a lot of care and integrity. The office itself is very calm, relaxing and pretty. Inside you will find lots of natural light and windows - light blue-pastel walls. A very quaint- modern cottage feel to it. I love that it's located next to the elementary school and coffee shops. Thank you Dr Jay Gordon, Dr Ross and Dr Linda for all of the love and care you provided us with this year. We love you! Ps. My only complaint is that the medical chart was not as specific as I would have liked. The diagnosis and visits were listed. However, a lot of the call logs and doctor-patient notes seemed to be missing. This normally would not matter. However, now that we have to see a specialist, this does make it a little more difficult.

She didn't interact with me at all during labor. Only the resident doctor did and she was smugged. I asked for no resident doctors, but patients don't have a choice at the hospital. Dr. Romeroso only chatted with me right after my surgury. Rotating doctors: You may not know who will be there for you when you deliver your baby. NICU: This unit was excellent - care and staff. Billing: They will have non-medical staffs walk into your post partnum room to pay for the hospital services. Do not pay if you're using insurance. The claim should be processed by your insurance. If you pay while still at the hospital, you and the insurance could end up double paying for the service. They won't proactively inform you of the overpayment and credit you the amount.

I felt comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. The lactation experts Karen and Deborah were also amazing. The labor room we had was massive and although the post partum room was much smaller it was comfortable and worked perfect for everything we needed. Also, the location of the hospital is next to some amazing food places which is nice if guests want to pick up stuff to bring you (tartine and huckleberry are a quick walk away). Overall I am so thankful we chose UCLA for our birth I would give it a 15/10!

Donna provides advice and comfort in an incredibly supportive and nonjudgmental way, and offers wonderful insight no matter your child's age. This is one of the best gifts you can give yourself as a new mother. I fully credit Donna's classes and in-person playgroups as one of the major reasons both my daughter and I are thriving.

However, I soon found that with several topics (such as breastfeeding and sleep), there were so many different strategies that I became more conflicted/confused the more I read. Joining Donna's group at 3 months was such a godsend. In her group, I was able to have a detailed conversation about any issue I was having. I then always received a succinct strategy that was tailored to my child. And the advice just works! Most recently she outlined the steps for weaning my now 2 year old off of his pacifier, and it went as smoothly as she had promised. Donna anticipates upcoming milestones and struggles. And she will send emails with detailed information and instructional videos to explain what issues may be on the horizon and how to address them. It is also amazing to connect with the other mothers in the group. I started with a group when all of our children were around 3 months old, and now, 2 years later, our group till texts each other on our Whatsapp chat every day. It has been so therapeutic to have a safe space where I can air my struggles without judgement and where I can receive the support and validation of women facing the same obstacles. I am a huge fan of the current zoom format because I can join wherever I am regardless of what I am doing. Between the LA traffic and work, I would not have been able to join as reliably if not for this virtual platform. Donna has given me confidence as a parent. She has made me a better parent than I could have been struggling on my own. I really cannot say enough about the group. I highly recommend it for any new mother!
