Upon moving to NYC, I found Dr. Pacia through referrals and I am beyond pleased. He took his time to listen and really got to personally know and understand my condition. He was friendly, sincere, extremely intelligent and you can tell right off the bat that he's been around the block a few times. He knows his stuff. Previous experience in-person with the staff has been abysmal because they are rude and hostile. Basically every other review points this out too. From the very first visit, he took my concerns seriously--even when I wasn't sure they were valid myself. He listened carefully, examined me thoroughly, and clearly cared about finding the root cause. He ordered the appropriate tests, explained everything in a way I could understand, and reassured me that we would figure things out together. Because he works with NYU Langone, I was able to get imaging scheduled very quickly. At every follow-up, he was thoughtful, thorough, and proactive, even personally helping me get an urgent neurosurgeon referral when it was necessary. Thanks to Dr. Rosenthal's diligence and compassion, I had a successful surgery and have been given a new lease on life.
