Ro for several years and I have to say that the only reason I go to her is because she is that good.

After a year of coming to this medical facility, I finally meet Dr Janet Lee. Let me tell you,…read moreshe's very unpleasant to deal with. I was coming in for an underlying medical issue and instead of talking about that issue, Dr Lee kept asking me about my skin since I have acne. My acne is actually a symptom of my medical issue and I was trying the holistic route to get my symptoms under control. That day, I remember thinking "okay my skin has actually calmed down and wasn't looking too bad." Janet Lee, however, made it a point to tell me "you're a pretty girl, but your acne is not okay" and proceeded to tell me about her aesthetic med spa where she believed Morpheus 8 would change my skin. Morpheus 8 is micro-needling and if I know anything about micro/needle, I know I'm not a candidate because my acne is active. Dr Janet Lee spent the rest of my appointment trying to push this service on me and telling me to save my money to do it (she told me it's about $4k for 2 sessions). This is after I asked her to write me a prescription for a glucose monitor bc my blood sugar levels is what I'm worried about. This is the reason I came in for my appt. She gave me so much push back trying to convince me not to get a glucose monitor bc "it's not completely accurate," "the monitor is going to be in the way and you're going to feel it on the back of your arm," and so on. If you want a doctor who doesn't listen and will just push her own agenda on you, please go see Dr Lee, but if you want someone more compassionate and not as incompetent, go elsewhere. Literally anywhere else.

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Dianne Cheung based on a referral from my primary care…read morephysician at UCLA. Unfortunately, her office cancelled and rescheduled the appointment twice without offering any explanation or asking me for my input. Each time, I received a brief and impersonal message simply informing me of the change. On the day of the rescheduled appointment, after waiting six months and experiencing two unclarified cancellations, I made the drive from Westwood to the clinic. Despite allowing ample time, I was significantly delayed by unanticipated traffic on the 405 Freeway. I immediately called the contact number provided to notify UCLA Health of the delay. I was told my message would be noted. After a 2.5-hour drive, I arrived 30 minutes late--having notified the office in advance--only to be told Dr. Cheung would not see me. The front desk staff informed me that the individual who said it was acceptable for me to arrive late was not part of their office but rather UCLA Health's general support staff. While I respect the need for boundaries around scheduling, I expressed that this internal communication breakdown should not result in a patient being penalized--especially after prior cancellations on your part. There was only one patient in the waiting area, yet I was told Dr. Cheung was unavailable and that the next available appointment would be five months later. This experience left me deeply disappointed--not only in the lack of accountability, but in the absence of basic compassion and consideration for a patient's effort, time, and well-being. Dr. Cheung, if this message reaches you, I sincerely invite you to reflect on whether these actions align with the values of empathy and service that guide the medical profession.

I've seen bad dentist who pulled wrong tooth when I lived in the middle east but her its a different story!!! I saw this doc at U.C. over a year ago and she didn't give me antibiotics claiming id viral infection less than 2 week I was hospitalized with multifocal pneumonia and almost died . Last Monday, I had to take my daughter to the same U.C and OMG there she was!!! I didn't recognize her at fist but when she started to tell me what my daughter didn't have , I blow up !! She was doing the same viral infection case on me , trying to OK my daughter's cough for 2 months and disregarded me and my explanation for broken capillaries (petechiae) on my daughter's face due to forceful vomit the night before. I told her, that all members of my family are on antibiotics, and that my daughter is the only one that goes to school and brings " stuff" home. I was in shock when she called it viral rush and started to Google results for me. I demanded a different doctor !! Beware!! This doctor will take your money and you'll end up in a different doctor's office right after her " treatment "!! Everything to her is a viral infection and she won't give you antibiotics to get better!! THE WORST!

She bragged that in 25 years of urgent care she never provided pain meds for a patient ! She was just all around unprofessional.
