When you push on the task bar there are no parts or pages it takes you to. They wanted me to print off paperwork for her visit but neglected to tell me that the paperwork was in a 24 hour porthole. What?? I had to make the appointment two months ago so I was just counting on the fact that the paperwork they sent me was in an appropriate e-mail with an attachment to print. Oh well. I also never received an appointment reminder. I'm glad that I wrote down the time and day of the appointment. They might be great dentists but I see where people would just be turned off by the technicalities. A functioning website is a must have in todays world and portholed paperwork??? whatever.

My three-year-old loves getting her "treat token" for being good and using it to get a bouncy ball on the way out. I think that's the only reason she cooperates! All the staff have been very friendly. I've only had one acute (non-routine) visit and they got me worked in super fast. Dr. Brad Adams is genuinely very nice and I feel comfortable in his care. The practice is very modernized (my previous dentist was still paper charting) and very clean. I highly recommend!
