I have been a patient thirty years. I highly recommend the providers and hygienists. The office staff is very conscientious and helpful.

Not only did Dr. Padgett botch me she also butchered me by performing the wrong procedure and permanently removing 6 of my healthy teeth without my consent. I was told I would receive a full refund but when I followed up they denied ever telling me this. Each time I call to discuss the issue I'm hung up on. I wouldn't take me dog to this office. I plan to bring this to the attention of the dental board as I'm very concerned by her lack of competence and ethics in treating me. I hope she doesn't do this to anyone else. read more

It was worse than buying a used car. I went in for a cleaning and exam because I had a tooth bothering me.. From the very begining it was about what they could sell me. After almost an hour of them looking at my teeth and taking xrays, I was taken into a small office where the "closer" procceded to tell me that a regular cleaning would actually harm my teeth and that I needed a $5200.00 cleaning with a laser. Yes Five Thousand! When I asked about the tooth that was bothering me, I was told that i "Really should get the cleaning first and then address the other issues". Patients are nothing but cash cows to them. And how they can get the most money out of you. PS: Don't wear your Rolex to their office. They will just push harder to upsell you. read more

Dr. Padgett did a the wrong treatment on me ruining 6 of my teeth for the rest of my life. She promised me a refund and then when I asked for my money gaslit me and said she never said that. I have been through hell with this office. They not only took 8k from me they ruined by once beautiful smile forever because Dr. Padgett thought it was a good idea to take out 6 of my teeth and put in 6 unneccessary crowns without telling me. I've been battling wisdom teeth pain for months, I finally knew it was time to do something about this. I made a consultation with Dr. Bowman and one week later was able to get my wisdom teeth taken out. Dr. Bowman along with the entire staff made this process as as easy as could be. I see a dental hygienist named Kristen. She is so awesome that my entire family sees her. The care that I receive is amazing. As a young adult I appreciate being treated with the same respect as my parents. We recently lost dental insurance but their prices are reasonable, my cleaning was $153 plus $20 for fluoride! We payed far less with insurance. Their new office is sleek and modern, featuring comfortable dental chairs, and top notch equipment. Dr. Pagett is very nice and answered all my questions! read more

I only had one appointment with Capps, Bowman, Padgett and Associates. It was a pretty nice office but the staff wasn't my favorite. I told them I didn't want X-rays because I had them at a previous dentist 6 months earlier and my insurance only covers X-rays once per year. I would've gladly come back 6 months later and had the X-rays done then but they offered to comp them. I went ahead with the appointment and everything was fine and average. I don't remember who the dentist was but he was an older gentleman that kept telling me jokes suited for a young child. The jokes literally started as soon as he walked in the examination room and they didn't stop until he walked out. I'm 29 years old so that was kind of annoying to feel like I had to play along but I'm sure he meant well. Anyways, back to the X-rays. it was a huge deal with insurance and they submitted them incorrectly and it took me a while to get that payment sorted out. I only made one appointment with this practice because I moved to Greenville for work and then recently moved to Phoenix, AZ for the same reason. I called Capps, Bowman, Padgett and Associates yesterday to see if they could have my records faxed or emailed to the dentist office i'm attending today. The lady I spoke with on the phone sounded half asleep and said her staff has more important things to do than send my records to my new dentist. I'm sure they would've gotten to it eventually, but I was so taken aback by her statement, I told her I didn't want to inconvenience her and sthanked her and then hung up. If you live in Greenville this is a fine dentist office. Unfortunately, there aren't many other options to choose from. read more

Amazing, period! Going to the dentist might be at the top of the list of stressful events. Not anymore. Dr. Bowman and his wonderful team are amazing. I have never seen or experience such a wonderful care. They really care about your health and they will go the extra step to help you. If that sounds great, which it is, meeting them makes going to the dentist a pleasure (yes, I said that). They are wonderful people and they really care about their patients. Words cannot express how wonderful the experience is. If you want to have a healthy mouth visit Dr. Bowman and his team, if you want to feel great about the process of taking care of your teeth, definitively visit them! In my opinion these people are ridiculous and their billing practices have a lot to be desired. Please make sure you pay every cent or you will find a sheriff at your door no matter how Little the bill. Worst company I have ever met. They are like a team of lawyers instead of dentist. Cleaning your teeth isn't a dull and boring experience. When you have the caliber of Hygienists that this office has you experience an educational process with explanations that make sense and will help you to KEEP your teeth! Libby was amazing and was able to provide me with information on flossing and brushing that I didn't understand until today! Yes, the floss sticks are fun, but they just don't do the job and provide you with the results necessary to really reach your gum as the old fashioned "string" floss does. This alone will help me to create a healthy environment in my mouth, keep the bad "bugs" away and lead me to a future that will include my original teeth! This is the place you should be! Dr. Capps came in to check on everything and was brilliant as always and the results will benefit me for the rest of my life. This is the place to be! read more

I have been driving two hours to this dentist office for 12 years now. It is worth the drive. Have tried to go to another dentist closer but immediately came back. Kim is my Hygrntist. She is sweet, compassionate, thorough & cares about my visit being a good experience. She knows my fears & is always very gentle. Love her & appreciate the extra care. Dr Capps was my dentist but has since retired. Have seen Dr Bowman only for examines so far. He has educated me on possible future issues I will need to address. He is reassuring of my fears & that they will take good care of me. I feel comfortable knowing his years of experience, continuing education for the latest & greatest technique & procedures that I will be in good hands. The office staff is friendly & helpful. Either by phone or in person I have had talked with Tracy , Karen , Christy, Kailin, & jessie. They have all been very nice & helpful with whatever I needed. Thank you all! Great all around staff. I had a great deal of anxiety about having a wisdom tooth extracted. I didn't have a dentist in the area and decided to try Capps/Bowman/Padgett. Dr. Bowman and his assistants showed great professionalism and compassion during the entire experience. They answered all of my questions in detail and walked me through what was going to happen before they did anything. The entire process took approximately 20 minutes and I felt no pain (I was conscious for the procedure). The only thing better than the kindness I received was their skill. I would strongly recommend Dr. Bowman & his assistants to family/friends/etc. So much so, that he is now my go-to dentist. He also worked with me on the price because the procedure was straight-forward. I was so impressed with the care I received that I scheduled another appointment during that same visit.
