The nice young lady even went and got him a chair. The doctor comes and tells the girl my husband can't stay back there. So when I asked him why couldn't he stay back here with me especially since it's just a consult visit. It was pretty much that's how he operates or does things but then he proceeds to say " if y'all don't like it, y'all both can leave" . Who tells a new patient that? Who intentionally escalates a situation like that? But you don't have to tell me twice. You didn't want us there in the first place. You will not disrespect me and I still pay you. You will not disrespect me and I sit there like some fool. His entire demeanor was rude . These ppl aren't even trying to hide how they feel about us anymore. Businesses better realize that any company can fall under the way things are going now a days. Be careful how you treat your customers. God can humble anyone!

I had been "just looking" on previous occasions, loved her website, but had not made up my mind until I was actually in desperate need. We set up an appointment to check out the tooth. Everyone I encountered were really great, made me feel at ease. Made another appointment to have tooth extracted, which was good being the morning of, it had gone nuclear in the pain dept. Again, the staff and Dr. McCarthy, made everything go along fine. So, that convinced me to see about becoming a regular patient. I recently had xrays, exam, cleaning... I cannot complain. They are awesome.
