Skilled with great bedside manner. I saw her for years and would continue if I still lived in the area.

Very knowledgeable and has great chair side manner. Always satisfied with procedure outcomes…read more Highly recommend this practice.

Last Friday, I went to Valley Arts Dental for my first visit as a new patient. Overall, I had a…read moregreat experience - from scheduling over the phone, completing patient forms via their practice platform, to the actual x-rays and cleaning in the chair. The WO office is on Valley Street. There's a private parking lot in the back of the building. The person who checked me in was friendly and welcoming. I liked the seats in the waiting room and the big windows facing Valley that let in natural light. The exam room similarly had large windows. The dental chair faced the windows, so you have a nice view (to distract yourself) to look at. Alternatively, there was also a TV screen playing video of Jamaica, which was relaxing. I was mentally walking the beach during my teeth cleaning. I was really nervous going in (like a little terrified), but fortunately all my worrying was for nothing. Brenda handled all my x-rays and performed my cleaning. She assuaged any and all fears I had. Brenda is the BEST! and Dr. Klausner was great - he explained my teeth/gum situation to me so that I understood, was super knowledgeable, answered questions or concerns I had, and from what I sensed enjoys his job (I think that makes a difference in quality of care and treatment). So far, it's been 5-Stars with Valley Arts Dental and I feel more comfortable to continue with their office.

Had been going here since I moved to the area because it was assigned to me by my dental insurance…read moreand it was conveniently located. the dentist is a nice guy but you really don't feel like he's cleaning anything; he gently brushes your teeth but doesn't scrape and you hardly feel like you've had a cleaning. But what really set me off is that I went in yesterday for my checkup. I had an appointment scheduled two weeks ago but they called me that day to ask if I could reschedule, and I said sure, even though I'd already taken time off work for it. I arrived yesterday and checked in. After sitting in the waiting room for 52 (FIFTY-TWO!!!!!) minutes after my appointment time, they finally called me up to the window to tell me that they no longer accept my insurance. I pointed out that it's the same insurance as I used last time, and they said that's when they discovered it: six months ago when they tried to bill my insurance and got declined. Yet at no point in that six months did they reach out to tell me. Not six months ago when they first found out. Not two weeks ago when they rescheduled me. And not even at any point in the FIFTY-TWO MINUTES they made me sit in the waiting room waiting for my appointment. The receptionist gave one of the least sincere apologies I've ever heard, and I'm pretty sure the dentist was standing within earshot but didn't bother to apologize or anything. Glad to be gone from this place now!
