He is very pleasant, talks to you very thoroughly making sure to answer ALL of your questions and concerns. My husband has went to him twice in a week sometimes for follow up care and the doctor has never made him feel rushed. He is very respectful and really gets to know his patients lifestyle, background and gives you the sense that he's listening rather than getting his prescription pad out, like more physicians do. The appointments are never rushed either. We plan to refer as many friends, coworkers and family to Dr. Stefanuik and plan to be his patients for years to come! :)

When I received a copay bill that I did not owe because I had already met my deductible, the link that goes to the bill gives no contact info for the billing department (no phone number or email). You must go on their website which is a big chain and find the contact information. Then you call and contact someone and tell them you have a billing issue. The person I talked to first (after waiting for the call to pick up for several minutes) gave me the run around about my copay and said I had to talk to my insurance company. After standing my ground, she finally gave me the number to the actual billing department which is what I had asked for in the first place. After contacting that number, I finally got my issue resolved but I was also asked what my account number was as if that was a barrier. I received no paperwork after my visit and nothing on my bill that listed an account number. Fortunately, my bill is erased by I was not even able to receive any verification of that. I hate to waste my short time on earth on the phone with this kind of stuff. I also think it is just not right. I will, however, go out of my way to warn others.

This was my 5th round of physical therapy at Riverside Medical for different problems which have all been successful. My Physical Therapist was Allison and she had me back to 100% after only 6 weeks. Allison knows how to rehab injuries and she focuses on doing the exercises correctly and slowly while building up strength around the injury. She always gives me exercises to do at home daily. I am now back to full strength with no apprehension when climbing stairs or squatting. I would highly recommend Riverside Medical Physical Therapy if you want to rehab an injury.
