I drove to the place, pulled up and they immediately worked on my car. I had to bring my own oil and filter which was inexpensive. They were very quick with it. They removed an old, detached muffler, heat shields that no longer comes on the new muffler assembly from the dealer due to the other heat shields already attached to the frame of the vehicle. The team could have recommended replacing the whole muffler or crafting custom shields because the others weren't available with the dealer anymore. If you're gonna add services to the appointment, that's gonna delay the pick up of the vehicle you should let someone know that. The simple lack of communication and breakdown is a reason why you're getting such a low review. All I took was a quick phone call or text or even ask if you wanted to get the recall done. What if we had a plane to catch or what if we were on a tight schedule. It's New Year's Eve and it took three hours to get an oil change. Unbelievable. Also, the customer service it's hard to even get someone on the phone. North side Lexus and Westside Lexus have been my go to. My girlfriend tried them because they're close to her job, but this will probably be the last time we visited this location.
