I've been to this Vitamin Shoppe location about 2 or 3 times and I have not had any issues on any of my visits. Whenever I had a question about a product, somebody was there to answer my questions. There's a rewards program, but I don't spend enough to have seen a difference. read more

Great location I typically go to non-commercial supplement stores for more niche products, but their deals on Redcon1 buy one get one free is too good to pass up. I've resupplied here three times within the past 2 months. Sam up there has a great attitude and is very knowledgeable in their selection. If your a supplement noobie he would be great source of information. I dont know the other staff by name, but they all seem to have great attitudes and dont act like elitists. read more

Many years ago, I used to order herbs and supplements from www.vitaminshoppe.com. Their prices were hard to beat, and at the time, they only charged $4.95 for shipping anywhere in the US. Now I probably spend $4.95 on the gas to drive to the store, but there's just something about getting what I want when I want it, ya know? The prices are still hard to beat, and the selection is varied. Staff is wonderfully helpful, and didn't blink an eye when I hit a cop car in front of their store (long story short, I got pulled over for my inspection sticker, became nervous and forgot that my parking brake was faulty, thus rolling back into said cop car-it all worked out though). They are friendly and somewhat knowledgeable, and they are always willing to call other stores if I don't find what I need. Which leads me to the missing star: they are constantly running out of my favorite stevia. I realize it's popular, but so should the person who does the orders, and s/he should adjust accordingly. Went here for the first time to buy coconut aminos, which I can't find anywhere else. Got a bright idea to search on Coconut Secret's website to see where their products are sold, and realized that there's a Vitamin Shoppe within a mile of my house. So I found the coconut aminos pretty easily, along with a woman's multi-vitamin and organic ground flaxseed. Found that the ground flaxseed is a few dollars cheaper at HEB for the same amount...now I know! But they seem to have a great selection of products, and the guy at the register was very friendly when he rang me up. read more

Great staff and usually better pricing than any other chains. Before they built this location I was a mail order customer for years. I've never had a problem with any of the staff members and have always found them to be knowledgeable and helpful. Besides all the supplement options here, this particular location is in the same shopping center as Sprouts and almost always beats them tremendously on pricing. They will also honor any of their own online or email coupons as well. And another thing I get at Vitamin Shoppe are the natural soaps, deodorants, and other toiletries. They always seem to have them in stock when Target across the street is out. (Of course now that I've pointed this out, more people may come here.) No matter, Vitamin Shoppe is a great chain and I hope more people continue to use it. Worst place I've ever been to buy protein powder. My boyfriend and I came into this store and not one employee greeted us, and It wasn't even busy. We waited for someone to say something for about five minutes, but everyone was conveniently busy enough for us not to approach them! Y'all are wonder why nothing is selling, work on the customer service; FIRE the employees making you lose potential customers. We won't step foot in this place ever again. read more

I really enjoy coming into this place. It's nice to see a staff that is there for a long time and also is very knowledgable with the products. I also love their little discount table, you never know what you will find! The store is always clean and properly stocked. All things health, you can probably find it here. There's always a delay in them opening on the weekends. It's very disappointing, especially when you have a set schedule for your to do list. 5 maybe 10 mins fine but 30 mines is never acceptable in business. I waited with four customers for the 3rd time in 3 months. read more

This is by far my favorite place to spend idle time. From Sam, Gilbert, Paula and Adam , they are ALL great. Even when i myself am being unreasonable and overly anxious. They keep me ground.
