I had not received any type of notification for tracking and reached out to them in which they did responding saying my order had been missed and buried under other orders. Once I received tracking from FedEx it states that my package is expected to be delivered on Thursday July 16th, a whole 8 days later after purchasing the 3 day shipping option. Along with this I had also made a similar item purchase from a boutique in Maui Hawai'i on the same day. I have already received my item from Maui through usps on July 13th. I did see that there is a bungalow store location on Maui but thought I would purchase from the California location thinking I would receive my purchased item sooner as they had other shipping options. I was definitely wrong. At this point I will not be making other purchases. My review is all based on my online purchase experience and once I receive my product (expecting it to be good) I hope to be able to add another star to my review.

Located right off Highway 1, it's tricky to see as it's not facing the road directly. Look for the pink taffy shop and you will see Harbor View Gifts tucked away in the corner of the lot. There are actually also great views of the bay from the shop-reason alone to stop by! Friendly staff who are helpful and always willing to help you get stuff down on higher shelves make this a pleasant shopping experience. They have some great Bodega Bay shirts that are reasonably priced with some fun designs. There's a few I was tempted to take home with me! Super cool shop and a great place to look for your a memento from your trip up the coast.

It was our first time really exploring the area but we didn't do much research so she even gave us a map and highlighted the areas where we might see whales and another area where there are sea lions. The lady working the shop is very sweet and opened up the second shop for us to browse around in (if she's working alone, she'll switch up her location based on where the customer wants to look.) Many of her treasures are ocean inspired and perfect little souvenir reminders of your trip to Bodega Bay. Have stopped at this gift shop for years but the most recent experience was disappointing…read more Purchased an overpriced mug, the clerk wrapped it with a few pieces of paper and put it in a bag. We get home only to unwrap it and see the handle is broken. Went back to the store within 20 minutes and the clerk wouldn't exchange it, even had the gall to insinuate that I and other customers are just clumsy and break things and that's why she can't exchange it. Won't be taking my business here anymore.
