They're also able to offer a huge selection of products, even more than you'd imagine for a small business. They offer products for plumbing, electrical, paint, even organic mulch! The list really goes on and on. While you could go to any of the big box stores, they won't beat this level of customer service. When I pleaded my case he threatened to call the cops on me. I did not cuss or raise my voice. I explained to them that I didn't know what the size or what it was called , but i did know that i needed 28 of them. Jeremy gave me a friendly smile and Valerie smiled and put her hand out & immediately said " Right this way." She was quick to help, kept the conversation light and was so friendly. Definitely gave me small town vibes and reminded me of home. I come from a small town where there are more cows than people. This was refreshing for Houston. My trip was quick and painless! Until I was almost finished with my project and realized I needed the same bolt/screw but slightly longer. So, I made the trip back to your store and as soon as I walked in, I got the same friendly service from another employee. Jeremy came from around the corner and recognized me and said, "Welcome back." I said yall were so nice i had to come twice LOL. He helped me get exactly what I needed, and Valerie saw me walking through the store and greeted me once again. Every time we've made the effort to drive out -- often 30 minutes each way -- with our baby and our dog, we've been met with repeated refusals from employees to use the pet wash. The excuses vary each time: "It's under maintenance," "We're about to close," "Someone else is using it," or vague reasons that feel more like avoidance than valid operational concerns. On several occasions, we weren't even allowed to check the pet wash ourselves to verify the claims. It's extremely frustrating and frankly feels like the staff simply doesn't want to deal with customers using that service. As loyal customers who have chosen TSC for both pet supplies and convenience, it's incredibly disappointing to receive this kind of treatment -- not once, but multiple times, across different locations. The lack of accountability and consistency in customer service is unacceptable. I hope this review brings this issue to the attention of store management and the corporate team. The pet wash is one of the advertised features that brings people into your stores -- please ensure your employees are trained to either provide the service as promised or communicate honestly and respectfully with your customers.
