Over the years I have e stoped by to pick up some gifts for several clients of mine and every time I have been in the store to shop for gift items the gentleman by the name of Eli has always been great with his customers and his positive vibes are infectious. I honestly need more people like him in the world and his passion about his business and community are something I haven't seen in decades. white dude who always gives me attitude every time I come in decides to not service me claiming you guys don't have any fogers or vapes in general when I clearly bought mine new from here. USED to be a regular, but ELY has gotten extremely rude to his customers. Will NEVER return, but leaving my review to hopefully deter others from going here as well. It is a very small smoke shop and they barely have anything and over price everything they do have. I used to be a regular/returning customer here but after multiple bad experiences, I am obligated to give this bad review, so no one has to go through what I went through. In the beginning the manager Ely was super friendly and very informative on the products they sell but after this last visit, I was asking about their cbd preroll and I commented on the product next to it and said it was infused- live resin and coated in kief. He didn't even know the product was infused and took it as an insult. He lashed out and went off on me and said "I will not have any customer talk bad about our products" I was dumbfounded and confused on when I talked down on their products. I quickly said thank you and left after noticing his demeanor was upset. That was the final straw for me to ever come back and write this well deserved review. (How about you read up on what you're selling). They'll try to finesse you with deals and promotions which they won't honor. Ely told me to follow the IG page and you can see daily deals they post on certain products or get 25% off. Then he'll say they don't have to honor it. It's pretty much a bait and switch to get you in the door. Also if you encounter Bob which is the other worker, he will never honor any of Elys deals. Bob is also one of the rudest people I've encountered so I try to avoid coming in when he's working and call to see when Ely is working. But after all the attitude, I would never return here or recommend this place to another person. To sum things up. Customer service is the worst. Very unprofessional. Over priced products. Promotions and deals are a lie for you to follow their page. Total rating NEGATIVE 10 stars. 100% would never recommend. read more

I went in for zyn pouches and when I got home I noticed they expired in July 2023 so he told me come back he will exchange for a new one , he then yelled at his worker to check dates as he handed me another expired one from last month and told me to bad everyone else uses them expired , he was very rude and lost a customer and he over charges for everything , I would never go to this place he is a rip off and scam read more

Anyways, a little while ago Bear Quartz dropped a new trio 2.0 in sunset/orange color that matches my Puffco. By the time I decided to get it, completely sold out on best quartz official site. Today I made up my mind I'd get the bear quartz hot tool instead of the Puffco one, I have called I kid you not I called about 20 smoke shops in Orange County hunting down a trio 3.0, majority of them didn't even carry the trio 3.0 to begin with, some didn't even carry bear quartz at all. The ones that DID carry it stated they've been waiting for a shipment for a while now and have been sold out for over a month. I even went through bear quartz smoke shop map & NOTHING! I finally decided to call this smoke shop even tho they weren't included in the BQ map, but I've had good experiences here so far so I decided why not, I was willing to go to South OC to TRY to find one. Josh picked up the phone and answered my prayers, he made me the world's happiest little dabber. Great attitude/personality, friendly and happy to make a sale, had the EXACT trio 2.0 I was looking for and had plenty in stock. Thanks again Josh! I called in again and got transferred to the owner who was beyond rude and disrespectful. I explained the situation. Had them pull the order details and who I spoke with when the order was placed. She did not care and went on and on and on about how tired she is and that she wants to quit and that nobody wants to work on Sundays and how it was practically my fault. Those are all your problems lady. She then finally offered to do my next arrangement all up nice and pretty, not free, but make it nice. YOU SHOULD BE DOING THAT REGARDLESS! also why would I trust you with another order? Flowers were still delivered and eventually received all I asked was for a $50 refund to compensate for the facts that they were not delivered on the date I was guaranteed. No one even called me to let me know they would be delivered early so I could make sure someone was there to receive them. She says I'm unbelievable and says to never order flowers from her again and that they will drive back, and take back the flowers and give a full refund. And continued to go on about all her problems and how hard it is to run the store. She's sick, she's tired, she wants to quit, no body wants to work anymore and would not be giving me any partial refund without going and taking the flowers back from the recipient. On her 5th time complaining about all her sorrows and troubles I had to hang up because we all got our own problems and I didn't pay you $300 to be your therapist. RUN FROM THIS PLACE. Go anywhere else or risk paying to be a therapist for some crazy lady's sorrows

Hi Guys... Let's get in to it. So I went to ES Smoke Shop for my bestie who wanted two specific flavored disposable vapes. Drove 35 min to get there and luckily they were still open. .. OK here's the issue.. Once I arrived I asked for those "flavored vapes" I mentioned earlier...they said, THEY DONT SELL FLAVORED DISPOSABLE VAPES!! Or any vapes at all. I was shocked ... Where do they say no flavored vapes are sold on their website? Anywho .. On a positive note, amazing workers, very kind and respectful. Let's try this again! I have noticed that Yelp is evil and only allows the bad reviews to be seen! I apologize es smoke shop but I really wanted to write you guys a 5 star review cause the service I received was outstanding! The quality of your selection on waterpipes is beyond incredible and the best part is you guys are very fair and reasonable! And the free cup of coffee I received everyday was delicious!
