    Stuffed avocado with chicken salad
    Erin W.

For starters the menu is great, there's a lot to choose from and the pictures online make it hard to choose because everything looks amazing! Since I was undecided, I asked our waitress what she'd recommend and she didn't disappoint. I got the stuffed avocado with chicken salad and wow, the flavors between the chicken salad and hot sauce on top were perfectly balanced 8/10. I also enjoyed the prickly pear lemonade, it was so fresh for the hot summer days. Definitely a nice spot for lunch or even for dinner, plus the service was so good. Everything came out quick and our server was very attentive, even while bartending. Highly recommend and I'm definitely going back to try the dinner menu.

    Harvest wrap.

This is an excellent change of pace for my husband and myself! My husband had the fish ( like sea bass) and I had the Harvest wrap. Both tasty and filling. The atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. Staff/Leslie was amazing and very attentive! Will be back and the desert was scrumptious! A++ and . Thank you!

Ordered to-go for lunch so I could try out their burger for the Burger Brawl and it is SO GOOD, wow!!! Look at that picture, heavenly! As always, the staff is friendly, personable, and quick. I've been here at least 40 times, I have had meetings here, date nights, drinks with friends, ordered catering, and I've never had a bad experience. They're great!!

In town to see family and looked for a place to eat with a variety on the menu. We didn't know it was happy hour but that was great. Tried the ahi appetizer. Yum. Steak and potato quesadilla. Delicious with the avocado aioli and horseradish. Ordered the southern hot mess 1/2# burger with pimento cheese and a fried green tomato drizzled with spicy Russian and lettuce/ tomato. Can with great house made chips. Crunchy with a misquote flavor. Then the stuffed avocado on a bead of lettuce and a Rueben. Finished it off with the pecan pieces with vanilla bean ice cream and whipped cream, bourbon chocolate cake and turtle topped vanilla bean cheesecake! Bagged up the leftovers. Yes! Go here to eat. Staff is very friendly, clean and cool decor.

We were looking for a place for a Saturday night date night. We found this spot and were able to get a reservation at 5 PM in the bar. We were greeted right as we walked in the door, shown to our table, and instantly welcomed by the 2 wonderful servers in the bar. It was happy hour, so we ordered the Prickly Pear Lemonade & Old Fashioned from the HH menu. Both were great! My husband ordered the Ahi appetizer and said it was amazing. He also ordered the special that night which was a quail dish; he loved it. I had the Farmhouse pasta and it was fabulous. The second a drink was close to being empty or a plate was finished, someone came and took care of it right away. The staff were so friendly, the male server in the bar (I am blanking on his name) chatted with my husband about college football. He knew we were from Seattle and he was a huge Cooper Kupp fan. We really enjoyed visiting with him. We rarely order dessert, but they had a glazed donut with vanilla ice cream and caramel that was to die for! I can't wait to go back to Abilene just to eat at Cypress Street Station. It was the best meal of the trip.

We love Cypress St Station, the food and drinks are amazing, service is always spot on and the restaurants is beautiful inside. You need to go for date night.

Kitchen sink salad, sub chicken for pork

What an unexpected find in Abilene. Very tasteful restaurant with attentive staff, especially bartender Chloe. We were greeted separately by what I assume were the owners, asking how everything was. Happy Hour menu had some tempting offers. We got the bruschetta which had loads of tomatoes but could have used a bit more pesto & Parmesan. The entree salads were simple but with very fresh lettuce. The chicken atop was plump, hot and perfectly cooked. Some added onion would have been nice. Dressings were very good. I recommend this spot in downtown

Great service, awesome food, wonderful ambience and fair pricing. Hard to get all those things right these days, but this place did.

Located on the second story of a beautiful building in downtown Abilene sits Grain Theory, a brewpub and coffee shop towering over the city. It is a mixed indoor-outdoor space with plenty of shaded outdoor and cooled indoor seating. Looking at their tap list, my girlfriend and I were impressed by their unique beers to try. I started with the Strawberry Peach Tonic (Fruited Hard Seltzer) and she had a Bella Rose (Rosé IPA). Both were served in cool glasses, with mine being tall and skinny and hers being almost like a wine glass. Shocking to nobody, mine was quite fruity while her Rosé IPA was hoppy with an underlying rosé flavor. Next, I ordered their Oktoberfest (German Märzen) and she had their Season's End (Belgian Dubbel). She described her drink as tasting like a Biscoff cookie. My Oktoberfest was quite malty, and I was a big fan. To close, we both ordered their Luscent (Belgian Table Beer) because small beers are back in fashion and I wanted to try it. It was obviously very light but still had a good flavor that was very bready. Nice and easy to close out our drinks with. They also have food and coffee that we didn't try, but the food looked sensational from what we saw others eating. They also have plenty of board games and card games to play while you're at the brewery and many beers available to take to-go. My only minor complaint is the lack of TVs in the brewery. Maybe it's a purposeful decision, but Texas Tech was playing football, and it would be a great place to watch the game. The bartenders are very friendly and willing to let you try and sample as many beers as you need to make your decision. Grain Theory feels like the kind of place every small Texas city wishes it had. I am very excited to come back here and try more beers, especially with how excellent the space is. RIYL: Cool-shaped beer glasses or a rooftop bar

Around one side I believe you can view the little water upon but it's $190° outside so I'm not recommended at this moment. I had the pizza and the devil eggs which or on par nothing to take away from nothing to add I would say everything on his mind you would be worth trying. The big takeaway.... I've been here two times and each time I could see the bartenders struggling but not because of their fault but because I guess management is busy cutting corners for labor because maybe somebody up on the ladder is looking at that shiny penny twiddling in her fingers at the light. Get you a bar back and stop pinching on the service you are hurting your output! The bartenders are very efficient but they are not machines. They need a little relief.
