Pricing is competitive for the trailer itself - but several of his have wireless remote controlled winches, movable tie down points, badass straps, solid ramps, rear stabilizer jacks (this is something I don't see often - many have the slots for them but don't have the jacks and I have to use my own stands), and locks on everything. And again, fleet all appeared to be in super shape. For car/equipment hauling or just needing a clean flatbed, he's got my business from here on out!!

My kids were miserable and sweating most of our trip. When I called the number provided to us, it went to voicemail most of the time. I got a person on the phone once (Chris) who claimed he couldn't hear me and never called me back. Never again. We had a fun trip planned, but this definitely put a damper on things. Had to cut out a lot of our stops to compensate for the extra driving time. Really disappointing.

We were ignored when we arrived and when we flagged someone down he told us basically we needed to just go rent online. When we tried to explain that we didn't know what type we could pull or the equipment we needed he didn't seem to care and was told whatever. When we tried to pull into the parking lot a big truck came blaring in and parked diagonal taking up both spots. Should have know from the second we arrived that this place sucks!
