I met a lot of people here yesterday. They were all so nice....also I keep forgetting to ask for names or forgetting names jn general. I haven't seen the person who let me scan mr.sir's chip.... By the way to the Man who said I could scan it myself Thank you!!! I never got to do that before and it made me happy... (although Mr. Sir didn't like it very much....) ‍‍. I'm gonna keep coming back until I see you again or until I can't anymore... By the way... Mr.Sir has a whatever you wanna call it. He was said to see us go at first but Allison said once he saw the kids he got happy.... (I didn't notice cause I looked away). He was nice to cuddle the squishmallows could never. Although squishies are cute too haha. Also thanks so much to everyone there For customers or wtv.... This practice is family owned. I met the lady yesterday and she seems on top of it. Her outfit was colorful... but in my opinion also her words "she hires the best" and I agree..... if I would need to come here for any reason I would feel like they would help me the best way they could within their capable abilities or whatnot.... I'd like to give whoever his/her/ or they (because people are sensitive nowadays.... My grandparents don't believe in spay or neuter... and they have their own vet but im just gonna mention y'all have a great price of $40 ... just in case anybody else wants to... Also with all the cats we're taking care of here there's only one who needs to get fixed.... we call her pretty kitty but her government is Princess named by India Du'vernay (there's an accent in there also hopefully I spelt that right) anyways.... Thanks again I love y'all by the way. ALSO I THINK YALL R SO CUTE!! ... btw I have a Pwup... named karma.... She lives with Dulce and Luna and etc... anyways Dulce took karma to the vet and I think they tried to take her away because Karma's microchip was in my name.... Anyways according to that specific vet Karma is part Wolf.... Anyways Dulce dresses everyone up for well it appears many holidays haha...... Lancelot and Allison don't feel good... well.... we're just gonna hope for the best Lancelot isn't eating ....And Allison feels like shit. Just in case Allison's employer sees this... I came in with a sore throat some days ago but I still keep walking around all day outside....because it hurts my feelings that Allison is hurting.... anyways Lancelot is well...whoever should know. that Allison just got promoted yesterday . and she took a sick day today... period. She's worried about a doctors note so she doesn't get in trouble... so just in case the urgent care she's going to for herself doesn't give her one. Well. whatever she's awesome and yay! She got promoted

Our dogs are on a diet where they have a mixture of dry and wet food that require refrigeration or freezing. That was no problem at all for the owner to accommodate. The fellas looked well cared for when my son picked them up! My son forgot to check for the dogs blankets when he picked them up and Brian kindly drove them down to the city where we live so that the dogs would have them. Before she went, I'd worked with her on sit, down, take it, leave it, and some spins with decent success. Brian took what she had and built on it, adding heel, come when called, turn, and stay. He returned a noticeably different dog. When we hit some bumps shortly after, he came back out and spent a solid hour with me going over what was actually happening...not just commands and corrections, but why she was behaving the way she was and what she needed from me to feel secure. (Spoiler: she needed me to be more confident and consistent.) He has a way of cutting straight to what matters without overcomplicating it, and more than once he said exactly the right thing at exactly the right moment. What struck me most across both experiences was how much genuine wisdom he brings to his work. He's clearly someone who has learned his craft through deep experience and observation, and it shows in every interaction with the dog and with the owner. On top of all of that, his pricing was incredibly reasonable; boarding and training combined for what many trainers charge for training alone. We felt genuinely taken care of. Kind, patient, perceptive, and exactly what we needed. Highly recommend.

Shortly after we brought our boy home, I took him to our vet for a thorough physical. The vet said, "Did Heidelberg inform you that this dog has cryptorchidism? Did they tell you that one testicle has not descended?" (This was a three-year-old dog, not a puppy.) No, they didn't tell us. We were already attached to our boy, so despite this potentially dangerous (to the dog) condition, we kept him. Also, when we boarded our dog at Heidelberg, we requested that he be given his twice-daily medicine for IBS. He was not given his med and had severe diarrhea for a week after we brought him home. In addition, when we were in the office paying for the week of boarding, we saw a young male worker in a pen strike a young female pup hard on the muzzle for no reason. The manager saw what happened but ignored the abuse until my husband told him, "That guy just hit that dog!," whereupon the manager jumped up and pretended to scold the worker. I strongly suggest that anyone who considers buying or boarding a dog here Google "Heidelberg German Shepherds." What you'll find is sobering, in regard to breeding, health problems, ill-tended dogs, and outright injured dogs who had the misfortune to be boarded here. I notice also that many of the superlative reviews use the same language tone, diction, vocabulary, and even initial caps as each other. Judge for yourselves.

From start to finish, everything is professional, attentive, and top-notch. First and foremost, the groomers there, especially Ashley, keep in constant contact before, during, and after their grooming session showing a great level of expertise and care. They really want to make sure you're getting exactly what you want and get to know the dogs better. They take the time to understand our dogs' individual needs and preferences, what we are looking for and ensure a comfortable and stress-free grooming session for them each time. Our poodle is still a puppy and is a bit apprehensive around new experiences/people, but the groomers handle her with such patience and gentleness, instantly putting her at ease. The Dalmador can be a lot to handle and sheds like crazy, but their "furminator" treatment does wonders for shedding dogs and seems to keep her skin healthy for a while after. The results speak for themselves. Our dogs look and smell great, they come out exactly like we hope each time. The attention to detail shows the groomers take pride in their work. Beyond the grooming itself, our girls love Petsuites and our experience there has always been wonderful with amazing service. They go to day play about once or twice each week, and get excited when they know they're going to go play with their friends. Each have worked with Celine, the trainer, on various issues and with great results. Both have had some issues at home which we were able to get resolved quickly through training sessions. Celine is such a great resource to work with the dogs and to help educate us on how to keep working at home. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and designed with the comfort of pets in mind. I'd selected A Couple Of Vets when I moved to a new neighborhood over 2 years ago. My review is strictly the cold, callous manner in which we were treated for the appointment to say goodbye to my Doberman, Axel. After a very short illness of 4 days, Axel was in the clinic on May 5 of this year where following tests Dr Le kindly and empathetically delivered a terminal diagnosis, recommending euthanasia. I wasn't ready for that diagnosis and declined saying 'we'll call later'. After a very sad night watching Axel decline, I phoned the following morning set an appointment for that mornin, May 6 for euthanasia. The One Star Review We arrived at the clinic and were quickly led to what seemed to be their euthanasia room. Dr Reynolds entered and went over the diagnosis, which seemed to be different from his wife's diagnosis the prior day, and then smugly stated "This is what happens with untreated heart worm", referring to a months prior appointment with Reynolds in which Axel was diagnosed with heart worm shortly after I adopted him. Reynolds quoted $2100 for treatment, a lot for my fixed income So I called around, finding treatment for $450. That resulted 2 negative tests from different clinics. He was on continuous heart worm prevention. I'm confused on how that was possible. The issue was the smug manner in which he said that and his flawed assumption that I had chosen to ignore his initial diagnosis and didn't get treatment for Axel's heart worm it only got worse. Following Reynolds smug and false opinion regarding my medical treatment of Axel, he offered treatment that would keep Axel alive 3-6 months longer. It didn't make sense to prolong the continued suffering and eventual death of my buddy and I chose euthanasi. Reynolds left the room to insert an IV on Axel and then returned with prefilled syringes and a paper. "First, you'll need to take care of this" he said while handing me the paper. His bill for this appointment! I was shocked and confused. I ALWAYS paid immediately upon departure. Suddenly, Reynolds is treating me as if I would not or could not pay his bill of $356.82 for euthanasia and cremation. it was a heartbreaking 24 hours from diagnosis to euthanasia, and now I'm being insulted by Reynolds's assumptions and further insulted and upset that he feared I might run out on the bill. Despite paying promptly for each prior visit with both dogs. All of this BEFORE I even had to end my buddy's life. after I paid the bill, things continued poorly with a broken lift table, Reynolds wanting Axel to get on cold, stainless steel lift table with no cover. My Axel was NOT going to spend his dying moments on a cold table. And was too slippery, so I told Reynolds to get the sheepskin style cover from the broken table so we could get Axel comfortable on this lift. Holding Axel while Reynolds injected the medications. He then confirmed Axels death. All very matter of factly, with NO empathy and no compassion. I've had to put down several pets through the years and NEVER has the veterinarian been so cold and callous as Reynolds. The office sent a nice condolence card signed by staff and included flower seeds to plant in memory of Axel. All nice, but all to late to repair the damage Reynolds did that day. I get this is his job and he probably euthanizes pets regularly, but what kind of Veterinarian does so with no warmth or understanding? What kind of vet insists the bill be paid first by a promptly paying client of 2 year? My answer is A Couple Of Vets who will never see one dollar from me again. And I have told this story repeatedly to friend and neighbors. BTW: I've yet to receive the paw print I ordered.
