It is $200 for a tiny apartment and we have barley been running anything so it's definitely because of our broken A/C (not to mention it's 100 degrees outside) There is also a horrible smell coming from our attic making the until smell horrendous. Don't recommend this place to anyone.

They are the best! The apartment is not brand new so we expected a few maintenance issues but everything was taken care of in a timely and professional matter. Moving is stressful, especially during a pandemic, but the staff at Montessa made sure to keep our stress to a minimum with all they did!

I asked management for help multiple times on this and they sent someone out to basically spray scented cleaning solution and vacuum. The carpets should have been replaced before move-in and the overall living experience her was unsanitary and really overpriced for what it is (dark, dingy, cheap finishes). We also had bees coming INTO our apartment (with all doors and windows closed) through the ventilation. Our cat had to go to the emergency vet because she got stung, and our entire family had to sleep in the living room to avoid the bees (yes, with all of the doors and windows closed). It was almost a week before the management sent someone out to investigate (oh, and the management did nothing). The management (specifically Antionette and Stephen) are rude, unprofessional, and truly do not care about the tenants' experiences whatsoever. They mailed our deposit return check late (after the deadline in CA) for 16% of the total deposit we paid even though we took care of the place (and it was disgusting on move-in). This place looks nice on the internet, but in real life is HORRIBLE. The issues I'm describing here are the tip of the iceberg... it was honestly the worst living situation we've ever been in.

When you walk around you feel like your in a quaint garden and not the hustle and bustle of the city. They have so many amenities for residents as well as the pets! Dog wash, dog parks, spacious pool, fire pits and lounge area. They have resident parties with free food and drinks. The Christmas event even had a horse and carriage! Everyone is so quiet and friendly. The staff here is also a plus. Always on call and ready to help in whatever way they can. Chris in maintenance is a great asset to the team. He communicates well and requests are completed quickly! No issues with pests which is huge considering the other apartments in the area I've lived in have had issues with roaches. With how expensive housing has gone up throughout the years I feel I am genuinely getting my moneys worth and then some.
