This is the best Yoga studio in the Greater Los Angeles area. I have been coming here for years!!

Perfect place to do aerial yoga, pole fitness, and other fun activities! Before moving out of LA, this was my weekly home. It has everything you need in the heart of Ktown. Definitely try Sarah's pole classes (she's fantastic), Seun or Kane's aerial yoga/hammock classes, and Bungee!! It's one of my favorite places for pole given it's upstairs with chandeliers and brick walls as a backdrop for your pole videos! The studio is beautiful and there's a locker room to store any personal items during classes. The community is great and everyone is friendly & accommodating. When I used to attend D&A, parking was super easy with their own lot but after the new Cafe opened in the same building, it does get packed so I recommend getting there early for classes to find a spot now.

Best yoga place in LA! I have been an avid class pass user and have tried out a lot of different studios but Seun Lim's classes deliver every single time! It's so relaxing and after, I can feel my body really happy. Will comeback every week! Aerial Yoga is by far the most enjoyable, specially here!

I tried their bungee fitness class. The class was fun and I spent around 500 calories. However, I was in a spot where the instructor entirely blocked me and I could not see myself in the mirror, which to me was very important because I need to see if I am doing correctly. I think they should cut down to 6 people per class or if they keep 7 people per class, they should have a position for the instructor so that noone is blocked their view to the mirror!

Little did I know the benefits of flipping upside down by a hammock. The sensation of blood flushing back to your feet through your thighs is amazing. The slight tingling which I would describe as millions of fire ants crawling down your legs is the sign your lymphatic system has just been cleansed. That evening while brushing my teeth I thought to myself I remember I removed all the makeup when I came home. Then, I discovered I got a bright complexion from doing flying yoga! The list keeps going on: 1) no soreness, headaches nor lymphatic acid pain like you got after a gym workout 2) clearer vision 3) the de-compression continues 4) yes, you do feel lighter & taller 5) since all your face, neck & skull muscles are refreshed, you do maintain a fuller face volume; less noticeable smiling lines Under close observation & guidance; you can be worries free to reach out a few more inches, to leave off the ground and flip all the switches inside you. All these are made possible by the instructor Seun who is very articulate, strict, but tender to the students at the same time. She can gauge your capabilities and only tell you to do what you can but you never knew you could. Be serious about this workouts, let your body experience once again how it should feel like. You owe it. It is not a place to merely snap photos and check-in to score followers. Respect your body, the space and most importantly, the instructor's effort. Housekeeping: Personal hygiene, shower, wash your hair etc. Please have fresh pedicures, calluses treatment in particular. Their hammock is silky smooth & instructor may pull your feet to correct your posture. Un-scented & clear deodorant please. I took a class while I was in LA and had a great experience. The studio is stunning and so inviting.

For my daughter's birthday, we wanted to try something different, so I booked a small group class on a Sunday afternoon with Seun. All of us are new to aerial yoga, so we were really excited about it. The studio is above Caffe Bene, you will need to enter through the gate on S Berendo St. The building itself is historic, with lots of interesting textures and characters. The studio is extremely clean and airy, we fell in love with it even before our class got started. Seun was very precise on what to do during our first class. Many of us, including myself was horrified about the head down hanging move, I was NEVER able to do that in any situations. But with Seun, I was able to do that for the first time, surprisingly it felt great and I experienced very little dizziness. In short, everyone had a great time, we took lots of beautiful pictures and the girls talked about it for days after the class. Aerial Yoga is much more challenging than we all expected, your body never feel the same way with any other workouts. You will feel lifted, lighter and happier.

Lovely flying yoga studio in the middle of Koreatown! At first, I was hesitating to go out of my comfort zone but it was totally worth it and I loved it. Also they have pole classes and open studio class so I can practice by myself. All of instructors in this studio are helpful and have good vibes. I'd like to come back.
