Great company with great people…read more I switched to Five Star after watching their driver in our neighborhood (Foxfire) for several weeks. He is very efficient in his work, running from truck to trash cans and back. He greets everyone he sees and always with a smile. On my morning walk one day, I saw an older woman trying to get her trash can down the steep driveway, to the curb. The driver ran up the hill, brought the can down and dumped it, and ran it back up the hill and was laughing and talking with her the whole time. What a great asset this guy is to the company. The icing on the cake is that their price is well below any of the competitors.

They have 2 push machines with quarters thats fun but of course you use more money than drops. Be very wary of people there because there are some shady characters. Someone stole one of my bags, and people have no realization for personal space. I would come back here though because it was pretty clean and it had plenty of carts for people to use.

They are a 24/7 service, so they can fit into your schedule. We required a Saturday due to our work schedules. At the last minute, our underwriting wasn't going to be completed on time. I called David, he completely understood and rescheduled us for the following Saturday at 3:30 pm. Finding out Friday my husband had to work OT on Saturday, I had to reschedule for 5:00 pm. David's response, "No problem, if anything changes, let me know." David showed up right on time and called 10 minutes prior to arrival. He was super knowledgeable on the paperwork. He was also incredibly personable. Our experience was so positive, we made it a point to give our lender his card for others who may be in a similar situation.
